Arcadia Dental is a wonderful practice with excellent doctors and staff. We have been patients here for over a year and have always had a great experience. The reception team is warm and welcoming every time we visit.
My dentist, Dr. Ann, is outstanding — she is skilled, patient, and truly makes you feel at ease. During my most recent appointment for a root canal treatment, dental assistant Priyanka was exceptional. She was attentive, professional, and made what can be a stressful procedure much more comfortable.
Highly recommend Arcadia Dental to anyone looking for a caring and competent dental team!

I've been going to Arcadia for many years now and have gotten many procedures done small to large. The Drs' and Staff are wonderful at their professions and do great work every time. I even moved to New York and go back for anything serious. Everyone there is also always friendly and accommodating when it comes to appointments and payments. I highly recommend the Franklin Location of Arcadia for all your Dental needs. Most insurance accepted, however no longer Mass Health, the only downside whatsoever . My stuff likes Crowns, Root Canals, and Bridges wouldn't be covered regardless, but my Cash is always green and they accept that lol..plastic too. Truly a Great Place!

I don't particularly enjoy going to the dentist, but Heather always makes the experience much better. She is extremely knowledgeable, mindful of my individual needs, and takes the time to explain everything she is doing throughout the appointment. Her calm and caring approach helps me feel comfortable and informed every step of the way. I truly appreciate her professionalism, attention to detail, and the genuine care she shows her patients. Heather has a way of making even the most stressful dental visits feel manageable. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a dental hygienist who is skilled, compassionate, and dedicated to providing excellent care.

Super friendly staff all around. Front desk always greets you with a smile and always happy to help. I’ve had a pleasant experience with the dental work i’ve had done, they always make sure it’s as painless as possible. My dental hygienist Kaylee is super friendly and great at what she does. Great place to go for a comfortable and easy experience.

I had a fantastic experience at my hygiene and oral exam appointment today. Kristen, my hygienist, was incredibly thorough, gentle, and clearly very skilled—one of the best cleanings I’ve had. She also used laser treatment for my gums to help with pocket depths and reduce bacterial buildup and explained everything along the way.
Dr. Shah conducted my oral exam and was very impressive—professional, knowledgeable, and reassuring throughout.
I had hygiene about 4 months ago with Darshini, who was equally excellent—thorough, gentle, and attentive. I’m quite impressed with how this practice maintains a very high standard of care compared to other clinics I have been to
