Can I give 10 stars?? My regular dentist sent me here for a molar extraction which I was not looking forward to. However, immediately on entering I had such a great interaction with the office staff my fears were greatly allayed. Dr. Hoaglin was great, efficient and knowledgeable. He did a new technique (for me anyway) where they took blood from me, put it in a centrafuge and then packed the resulting blood clot from the process into the cavity to prevent "dry socket". It worked so great that I sometimes forgot that I had a tooth pulled. I never felt the needle prick for the numbing fluid and the overall experience was way better than 5 stars!! A huge thanks to all the office staff as well to Dr. Hoaglin and his assistants!! Super job!!!

Had to get my wisdom teeth out and they got me in right away!! Recovery was about a week and went really well. The staff also was very helpful. They called me later that night to check up on me and made sure I was doing ok. Great people and great help all around would definitely recommend this place to anyone that needs to get the teeth done!!!

The visit was wonderful! Carlos was friendly and knowledgeable and Dr. Gary Lines was a super excellent oral surgeon I've ever seen. I visited one oral surgeon before I went to see Dr. Gary Lines, they said they can't and they have to take whole implant out. Dr. Lines at Arizona center for Oral Surgery looked at the X-ray of my implant for minutes he came up with idea and the issue was resolved. I noticed that all the staff in the office were pleasant and friendly. I will come back for number 15 implant when my insurance gets a new fiscal year. Thank you!

Dr. Lines and the entire staff here were wonderful! I came in with pain and they were able to get me schedule for surgery the same week. They are transparent, efficient and enjoyable to be around. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for oral surgery!

this office was amazing!! The staff were all super kind sweet and caring! I came with my partner and had to stay with my daughter to wait for him to be finished and they were very helpful with providing snacks and juice for her to enjoy during the wait to keep her entertained! Super thankful for amazing kind office staff that are paitant with kids.

Lines, DMD, graduated from Washington University School of Dental Medicine, completed a general practice residency at the University of Florida and his oral and maxillofacial surgery residency at the University of Pennsylvania. He is board certified by the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, a Diplomate of the National Board of Dental Anesthesiology, and a dental office anesthesia examiner for the State of Arizona. Dr. Steven Hengen Jr., DMD, MD, is a Phoenix-area native who earned his dental degree with honors from the University of Kentucky College of Dentistry and his medical degree from McGovern Medical School in Houston, followed by a six-year oral and maxillofacial surgery residency at UTHealth Science Center at Houston. He practices the full scope of the specialty, including dental implant surgery, bone grafting, corrective jaw surgery, and facial trauma, and is fluent in Spanish.
