From the first time I called to the day of my appointment, I was impressed with AR Family Dental! The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and everyone seemed to enjoy their jobs!
This was the first time in years I experienced such exemplary customer service, making me feel truly valued. KB provided a thorough tour of the office, explained everything I needed to know before my appointment, and even offered me a blanket if I felt cold. She(KB) was professional, gracious and very knowledgeable of her job!
I had to have a root canal done, and it was the best I've ever experienced, and for a root canal, that's saying a lot! I'm so excited! I've found a real dentist office and staff who care about their patients, not just the money! Thank you all for welcoming me to the AR Family Dental family! 馃┓

OMG!! 10/10 highly recommend!! From the moment my husband and I walked into Arkansas Family Dental we were blown away with the great atmosphere and a GREAT receptionist by the name of (JACKIE)! She knew exactly who we were without us telling her and greeted us so kindly馃グ Once I was called to the back show,(KB) gave me a tour of the building, telling me everything I need to know and making me very comfortable(the sweetest) I normally have bad anxiety but she made me feel comfortable and like I known her my entire life lol.. She listen to what my concerns were and what I wanted to be done. She made sure the doctor knew my wants and needs! Customer service TOP TIER! I needed a crown put on (ALEX) was the person who assisted me with that making sure that my blood pressure was good and that I was comfortable the entire time, She made sure to let me know if I had any questions or concerns let her know! She was amazing as well.... DR. Mascagni made sure I received everything to achieve my perfect smile! She made sure I was numb properly and didn't rush one bit..She made sure she heard what I wanted and went from there with the best solution! I had the best experience ever!! Thank you to the ladies mentioned above!

Best dentist my family and I have ever been too. Clean, welcoming atmosphere. All of the employees are very welcoming, professional, and eager to help. The pricing compared to other clinics is much more reasonable too. Dr. Eastburn is our dentist and has always done an outstanding job regardless of any complications. There was however one bad experience we had with Dr. Samaria Mascagni involving a procedure she did on my husband. During the process, she was really uptight, inconsiderate, and rude with her comments to my husband. It was unnecessary. Dr. Eastburn is much more considerate and professional. We have seen him many times for big and small things, and we have never had any bad experiences with him. I would highly recommend this clinic. We have never been more happy with our dentist.

I had my first appointment with Arkansas Family Dental & it was great! The team is very thorough with explaining everything, which is not what I鈥檝e experienced in the past with other dentist offices. KB was absolutely amazing, as well as the others in the office. Very happy with the experience overall & I鈥檓 so glad I don鈥檛 have to look for another dentist office ever again.

I鈥檝e had a really great experience with this office. From the moment you walk in, everyone is friendly, welcoming, and professional. The staff takes the time to explain everything clearly and makes sure you鈥檙e comfortable throughout the entire visit.
A special shout-out to Andrew, who was incredibly helpful and friendly throughout the process. He made me feel welcome, answered my questions, and helped make the entire experience smooth and stress-free.
The dentist was thorough, patient, and never made me feel rushed. They genuinely seemed to care about my dental health rather than just getting me in and out. The office is clean, modern, and runs on time, which I really appreciate.
Going to the dentist isn鈥檛 something most people look forward to, but this team makes it as easy and pleasant as possible. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a dentist they can trust.

Arkansas Family Dental is a privately owned dental practice on David O. Dodd Road in southwest Little Rock, Arkansas, built around the idea that patients should feel like family rather than a number. For people considering dental implants, the practice offers several verified options under one roof, including single and multiple tooth dental implants, implant-supported dentures that snap securely into place, and All-On-X treatment, which uses precisely placed implants to support a full, permanent arch of replacement teeth for the upper or lower jaw. Meet the Doctors
Arkansas Family Dental is home to five dentists. Dr. Samaria Mascagni, Doctor of Dental Surgery, founded the practice; she is an Arkansas native, a graduate of the University of Tennessee Health Science Center College of Dentistry, and is certified in dental implants and All-On-X full arch treatment. Dr. Kimberly Pollard, Doctor of Dental Surgery, is a Hendrix College and University of Tennessee College of Dentistry graduate who focuses on comfortable, preventive care. Dr. Joshua Ludford, Doctor of Dental Surgery, also trained at the University of Tennessee College of Dentistry and holds implant and All-On-X certifications. Dr. Sarah King, Doctor of Dental Surgery, is implant certified and has a special heart for anxious patients. Dr. Chris Eastburn, Doctor of Dental Medicine, earned his dental degree from the A.T. Still Missouri School of Dentistry and Oral Health and continues a family legacy of dentistry. All five are members of the American Dental Association and the Arkansas State Dental Association.
