Dr. Schoen removed my wisdom teeth and did such a fantastic job! From start to finish, I felt comfortable and knew I was in the right hands. Staff was very polite and personal, making me feel like I was apart of their family. Even post surgery, receiving a personal message from Dr. Schoen just to check up on me, I knew I made the best decision. Thank you for taking care of me!

Got all 4 of my wisdom teeth out and it was so easy. Went in for my consultation and had them out 1 week later! Everyone was very nice (hey Nikki & Ivy!) and made me feel calm. Got them out 2 weeks ago and the healing had been great, I went to work (remote) the next day.

Arkansas Maxillofacial Surgery Center in Little Rock is a specialty oral and maxillofacial surgery practice located at 5400 Highland Drive, about two miles west of Interstate 430 off Cantrell Road in west Little Rock. The practice has served local families since 1993 and focuses on surgical dental care, including dental implants, the All-on-4 full-arch implant technique by Nobel Biocare, implant-supported dentures, tooth extractions, wisdom teeth removal, corrective jaw surgery, and maxillofacial reconstruction. The office treats adults, adolescents, children as young as five, and patients with special needs, and the building is wheelchair accessible.
Patients considering dental implants are cared for by board-certified oral and maxillofacial surgeons supported by a staff trained beyond state requirements. The office uses digital x-rays, intraoral cameras, and cone beam computed tomography scanning to plan treatment, and televisions in every treatment room help patients stay relaxed. The practice accepts most major dental insurance plans and offers financing through CareCredit. Dr. Payton Seelinger, Doctor of Dental Surgery, is an oral and maxillofacial surgeon who earned his dental degree from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center in 2016, where he also completed his oral and maxillofacial surgery training and served as chief resident from 2020 to 2021. His experience includes wisdom teeth removal, dental implants, bone grafts, oral cancer screenings, and facial trauma care.
