They did a great job removing my daughter's wisdom teeth. They got us an appointment VERY quick, so that my daughter could have the surgery and enough time to heal before school starts. My daughter appreciated how thorough they were when explaining the surgery and healing process. The entire surgery only took an hour. I would recommend Arkansas Oral and Facial Surgery Center to anyone.

If I could give them 10 stars, I would. Dr. Minkin and the entire staff were amazing. They got me in on a last minute referral for impacted, painful wisdoom teeth. Dr. Minkin sat down with me and went over the entire procedure, risks, and options and eased my mind. They got me scheduled for the procedure the very next day and it could not have gone smoother. I woke up with instant relief from a nagging pain I've been dealing with for years. If you're hesitant, don't wait any longer. The care you receive is top notch and this is an excellent practice. Thank you!!!

I am two weeks post wisdom teeth removal with Arkansas Oral and Facial Surgery Center. Dr. Minkin at the Springdale office and his staff were excellent. I was able to get in for all of my appointments quickly and I never spent very long in the waiting room once I was there. At my consultation they even offered for me to come in for surgery on my teeth the next day! The staff was always extremely polite and helpful. I had to return due to having pain and was able to get an appointment the same day. Dr. Minkin and his staff did everything they could to make the process as easy and comfortable as possible. I’d highly recommend this office to anyone!

This place was great. The staff were all friendly. We were in and out in a reasonable amount of time. Everyone there knows their job and does it very well. They took care of getting my daughter's wisdom teeth out. I would recommend this place for wisdom teeth removal.

Last October I started an implant process which included three surgical procedures starting with extractions. The doctor and staff allowed me to do all of these procedures under a local rather than being put to sleep. They coached me through the process, letting me know as we progressed, each step we would be taking before we got there. I felt very confident from the discussion we had during the first consultation to the very last procedure we did eight months later. The staff, from the reception to each person working in the surgical area, were on point, friendly and knowledgeable. And I can’t brag loudly enough on the assistant that is beyond amazing. I’m ashamed that today I forgot her name because I knew it yesterday but she knows who she is!!! And Dr Minkin was the utmost professional and his staff reflects his expectations. I hope I don’t ever need anything else, but if I do, I would 1000% make the hour+ trip every time! 5 stars!!!

The office focuses on oral and facial surgery, including dental implant placement, bone grafting, sinus lifts, tooth extractions, wisdom tooth removal, treatment for impacted teeth, oral pathology, and facial trauma care.
