I am going 4 at this time with the opportunity to improve. Only because this was a consultation about a specific tooth. I grew up in Arlington and moved away, moved back but my dentist was retired. Went to one who wanted to work on several teeth. First dentist also wanted to extract and do an implant. But I had to go do someone else for the removal. 2nd dentist said no, just a root canal and replace the crown, but they wanted me to drive to Frisco for a specialist who only comes in every 3 weeks. Got in with Dr Peterson right away. Said my other teeth look good, no immediate issue except this one tooth. Says a basic root canal and new crown (old one is about 12 or 15 years old). And if he can do all the work there, if needed a specialist is next door. Works easily with my insurance. Peterson is friendly and has. relaxed feel about him and his staff was very nice and professional. Will recommend him to others.

The free consultation I had was great, I was nervous at first but the ladies in the office made me very comfortable. I will be back very soon for my wisdom tooth removal, I’m happy choosing Arlington bright smiles!

I had a great experience at Bright Smile’s office. Dr. Person is very skilled, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout the procedure. The dental assistant, Cherdt, was also incredibly kind and helpful, making the whole visit much easier. I highly recommend this dental office to anyone looking for excellent care and a friendly team!

UPDATE: The doctor finally did the right thing and fully refunded my friend. He is now receiving excellent treatment at a different office.
My friend went there, and the doctor botched a root canal treatment, told him an abscessed area was "normal" when my friend complained of pain while the doctor pushed on the area. They also left an easily removable root tip after the extraction of that tooth. They told him he would get a refund, but then recanted, saying they would refund around a hundred dollars when he paid over a thousand. He's gotten no resolution, has had to pay another dental office thousands to fix the bad job that was done by Bright Smiles. He has had to get a lawyer, and is taking the case to the state board.

Im so glad I found this office! I got all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed here a couple years ago and I just went back today to address a cavity that I felt needed attention. I love how professional, quick, yet caring and calming the entire team is.
A special shoutout to Cherdet, who made the entire visit smooth and stress-free. They were attentive, gentle, and consistently checked in to make sure I was comfortable. It's rare to find such a great team that works so well together and makes going to the dentist actually a pleasant experience.
If you’re looking for a dentist and team who go above and beyond, I highly recommend Dr. Peterson and Cherdet.
