My experience with Dr. Kolodychak and his staff was great. I had a back molar extracted after a horrible experience with another dentist. Dr. Kolodychak was so kind and informative. He thanked me for being there and said it was a pleasure to have me in his office. My extraction was not an easy one and he informed me why it could be complicated. However, he did it efficiently and without complications. I had very little pain after the procedure. He also called me that evening to follow up and make sure everything was ok. He didn’t have to do that, but he truly cares and appreciates his patients. I will always recommend! Thank you!

I had a molar that broke off at the gum line so my dentist referred me to Dr Kolodychak. The staff was very informative, knowledgeable and friendly beforehand, answering any and all the questions I had. Dr Kolodychak let me know everything he would be doing and put me at ease! Surprised it was relatively painless and quick and I've had no problems. He is very down to earth and a nice guy, friendly. My sons had their wisdom teeth extracted by him 20 yrs ago also! If we need any dental work done in future, will not hesitate scheduling with him.

I was referred to come here for a tooth extraction. I had a consult done by my own dentist before coming here with xrays and everything provided to them. I came in to the office for the extraction, I was in my first trimester of pregnancy and did not know they could not work on me. The doctor came, spoke with me and told me I needed to reschedule. They made me pay the copay on my insurance and that was it, so I thought. A month later, I get a bill stating that I had to pay a consult fee of $129 even though the doctor did not touch me at all and I already had a consult. I called into the office and no one would do anything to take this bill away. I am paying for a service that I did not need or ask for when they simply could have just made me reschedule. It is safe to say that I still need my extraction and I will not be giving my business to this place anymore.

The receptionist was flippant and sassy when I arrived with my son for his wisdom tooth surgery. During our exchange she became hostile and persisted in laughing at me. I was expecting to get an apology from her supervisor, but instead, they cancelled my son's appointment and told us to leave. I should have cancelled the appointment myself, and I would have, had I suspected that the woman's bad attitude might be symptomatic of the overall culture of the organization.

My son had his wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Kolodychak. The entire experience was a 10! The office was very clean and organized. The staff was extremely friendly and explained everything thoroughly from the day of surgery to what to expect after. They even called ahead of the procedure to inform us of the copay amount due the day of so there were no surprises. Dr. Kolodychak was kind, friendly, and did an excellent job explaining the details of the surgery and what to expect moving forward. I will absolutely recommend this practice to anyone!!
