Always a great experience here! Every person on the staff is knowledgeable, helpful and kind from the front desk to the dentists. I’ve never had to wait for an appointment past my slotted time and they make sure I’m comfortable throughout my visit. They’ve really helped me keep my smile healthy and clean! I’d recommend this practice to anyone!

Very good dental clinic with modern equipment and skilled staff. I felt comfortable during the whole procedure. The dentist explained each step clearly and ensured there was no pain. Highly recommended for dental care.

The front office staff was very pleasant no complaints there. However, the hygienist who’s name I won’t mention was quite rough. Please pay more attention to your patients’ comfort. If you notice bleeding, that’s a sign to adjust your technique. A patient shouldn’t have to tell you it’s hurting before you take action.

Armstrong Dental was phenomenal- I highly, highly recommend. The staff was so positive, kind, personable and created a very comfortable environment. I tend to feel more anxious in medical environments and everyone's bedside manner was so relieving & welcoming- including Dr. Armstrong, my dental hygienist, Leslie, & the front desk team. Great people, great facilities/ equipment, and great pre/post communication.

TOTAL SCAM ARTISTS. I'd give Armstrong Dental zero stars if possible. Don’t be fooled by their 4.8 rating; they must be paying for good reviews because their clinical skills are non-existent and they completely ruined my smile. I trusted them for routine cleanings and a single veneer replacement on my front two teeth, and they turned it into a four-month cosmetic crown nightmare that cost me extra out-of-pocket money. I went in for a routine cleaning in February, but never left feeling like my teeth were actually clean. Then, a dentist claimed I needed one of my two front veneers replaced purely due to age. Once I was literally in the chair and they started drilling, they switched it to a cosmetic crown placement with zero prior consent. At the beginning of March, they failed through the first and second crown trials. They botched it completely - one attempt was crooked and yellow, and the next was flashlight-white. I was so embarrassed walking around like that for weeks. Armstrong Dental does everything in-office because they're too arrogant to use an outside lab, so I had to pay an extra $200 out of pocket to get a lab-fabricated tooth sent in. I had to wait until April just to try that one, and they still put it on crooked. I was forced to keep that botched tooth in for a month until I could fly out of state to a real dentist to fix this disaster, finally getting a proper new crown cemented in June. They are greedy for money. They quoted me an extra $1,000 for a minor laser gumline contouring; my new dentist did it for free because it was literally that minor. On top of that, their local anesthetic injections were completely overdone. They gave me so much numbing fluid my nose literally hurt for days. The staff here is young, lacks critical experience, and absolutely sucks. When I asked for a refund, they refused and got rude. Do yourself a favor and avoid this practice altogether. The photo attached is one of the incredibly white tooth I had to walk around with for weeks, and even this photo doesn't do it justice.
