Dr Arpei-McHugh has been our family dentist for several years and we love her! She’s patient, transparent and her staff is wonderful. When I needed to be seen due to an issue, she saw me that same day. I will never go anywhere else!

I wanted to like this practice based on some positive reviews but I just can't. As a new patient, I called in October and got the earliest available in december. In December the dentist was sick and I was rescheduled to March. They called late afternoon day before my appointment and said they had not received my records that I had requested to be sent in October. They said they would try to get them. I arrived at my scheduled time and they didn't have my records but had called to get them and she would try again while I waited. I waited for an hour before they told me the dentist could not do the exam without the xrays from June and could not do another xray because 9 months later was too soon. Couldn't do the cleaning on my scheduled time either. Another patien waiting had said the waiting room time was always long. But the dentist was good. I told them to take me off their patient list and left.

I like this dentist for a few reasons. She is thorough with cleanings and had a great bedside manner. I’m very happy we switched from our dentist of many years. The way they process the insurance is a breeze. My husband and I would recommend this dentist

As always, our experience with Arpei-McHugh was excellent. Scheduling was very easy and all personnel were personable and professional. Dr. Arpei was thorough and explained issues very well, as she always does. Her charges were reasonable. I highly recommend her.
