It bums me out that this place is rated so poorly. I was concerned for what my experience would be based on low ratings but I've only had a positive experience and seen no evidence that supports a bad review.
Whether over the phone or in-person the staff has been respectful and pleasant with clear communication. My dentist was funny and personable and I felt safe with them and the dental assistant.
I was even offered an available slot for a same day cleaning when I came in for my x-rays. Honestly, the highlight of my already very positive experience was Peggy, the dental hygienist. She did the most thorough job of cleaning my teeth, and was able to work around a painful injury I had on my chin from a bike crash -- she even gave me some great information about home care and sent me off with a bag of goodies that was personalized to my dental needs.
If that wasn't enough, they were able to get me a quote for a crown on that same visit which beat the quote I had from another dentist by about half the price, even for gold!
So if you're worried by reviews that say this isn't a good office, I hope you read my review and give them a chance. I'm certainly glad I did, and I'm happy to return. Thank you to all the staff at Arrow.

Front desk always had a warm welcoming smile that felt genuine, not robotic.
The gentleman who helped me with my new dentures was a great guy!! He really cared about my issue and made the experience a pleasant one!.
Kudos to the team!

The denturist Austin Newsome made the best upper plate I have had in over the 30 years I have had one. And he built a bottom when I had some lower teeth pulled. Austin is great at this. The dentist that pulled my teeth was practically painless and a professional.

The two stars are for the desk employees and dental assistants, who were always very kind and helpful even when frustrated. Didn’t have a good experience, had tooth pain i complained about each appointment and they didn’t see anything, just gave me flouride toothpaste. Never had a dental cleaning as just filling my cavities was hard to get appointments that weren’t 6-8 months out. Finally went to another appointment and they fixed my tooth pain by doing a cleaning and finding a fish bone stuck in my filling of the tooth i complained about.
Was disheartening to see my pain could’ve been fixed. Also had many organizational errors with my appointments and can tell the dentists are in a hurry.
Edit for spelling mistake
