Meet the Doctors

Dr. Arshiya Sharafi, Doctor of Dental Surgery, leads the practice alongside his associates Dr. Brian Evans, Doctor of Dental Medicine, and Dr. Sascha Zandevakili, Doctor of Dental Surgery. All three are board certified oral and maxillofacial surgeons who together provide full scope surgical care, including dental implants, full mouth reconstruction, bone grafting, wisdom teeth removal and extractions, benign head and neck pathology, facial trauma care, and facial cosmetic procedures. Dr. Sharafi earned his dental degree at the University of Maryland Dental School and completed his oral and maxillofacial surgery training at the University of Maryland Medical Center and R. Adam Cowley Shock Trauma Center. He focuses on full arch implant rehabilitation and serves as the surgical instructor for the BioHorizons TeethXpress full arch courses. Dr. Evans is a Diplomate of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons and a veteran Navy oral surgeon who earned his dental degree at the University of Louisville School of Dentistry and completed his oral and maxillofacial surgery residency at Naval Medical Center San Diego. Dr. Zandevakili earned his dental degree with highest honors at the University of the Pacific Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry and completed his oral and maxillofacial surgery residency at the Emory University School of Medicine, with special focus on dental implants and full arch rehabilitation.
