I recently had an unexpected dental emergency and visited Art of the Smile, federal way, for urgent care. From the moment I walked in, the receptionist Katie and the other girl sorry I forgot your name greeted me warmly, and I immediately felt very comfortable. I am very picky when it comes to dentists and have switched a few times. Dr Amanda Huang, is the best, so I won't be switching again. She is skillful and very knowledgeable about everything, Aman, who also did my X rays and some cleaning was great. This office is amazing. Everyone is so friendly and so kind. All the staff members are fantastic professionals. Their Hygienist is excellent and very gentle I like the "vibe" of the office. The staff at Art of the Smile went above and beyond to ensure that I received the care I needed. They make me feel so comfortable that I didn’t feel like I needed it. I will recommend the Art of the Smile team to everyone that needs good quality care and has dental anxiety like me! Thank you so much Dr Huang

Love this place. You could tell everyone loved being there. That they wanted to help. They were all very informative. You know usually doctors don’t take the time out to assist patients with learning their dental plans but she took her time and explained everything in detail about next steps to make sure that my smile becomes brighter. Thank you all for making me feel warm, comfortable, I felt like I was at home.

I walked into this office on a whim after breaking my tooth. I had called around to multiple offices and been told if I wanted to be seen I’d have to come in first thing in the morning and wait for an evaluation if there happened to be an opening and then I could get scheduled for repair in January… so I walked into this office with low expectations just because of all my previous calls and the ladies were so friendly and they were able to get me in the next day for an evaluation. They called me the morning of my appointment and told me if I could come in early the doctor would possibly have time to do my repair as well. I came in early, saw the assistant for my x-rays and then the doctor came in and told me what was going on. She gave me a short term solution with a long-term option as well. Everyone was so kind and explained everything so well. I was very happy with my entire experience here.

I watched the staff and doctors disrespect this beautiful black woman because they chipped her tooth. She said she wasnt comfortable being seen by the doctor because of how she was being treated. They threatened her that if she made a google review that they would not correct their mistake. I'm sure they are going to respond pleading their case, but I saw exactly what happened. That woman was not rude in any way, some people need culture training. The woman had proof that they chipped her tooth and they were very disrespectful to her. I will not return and I hope that lady reports this place. The front desk lady snapped at me for telling the woman that I wouldnt want to be seen after being treated that way either.

I always have a fantastic experience for my recent cleaning and checkup at Art of the Smiles. The office is very well-run, friendly and efficient, with a professional team that clearly communicates every step of the process. I left with sparkling clean teeth and all my questions answered. Thank you very much for what you’re doing.
