I would STRONGLY discourage anyone from choosing this dental office!!!!! During one of the most difficult periods of my life, after losing my job and becoming ill, I missed 2 appointments and tried to explain my circumstances. Rather than showing any understanding or compassion, I felt completely dismissed and was charged a $100 missed appointment fee as well as had very rude interactions with the staff. The situation became even more frustrating when, after I believed I had mailed a check to pay the fee, I heard nothing for over 2½ years. Instead of contacting me to resolve the matter, the office eventually sent the balance to collections. When I tried to address it, I was told the payment had never been received. Everyone has policies, but how a business treats people during difficult times says a lot about its values. I expected empathy, communication, and a willingness to work with me. Instead, I experienced the opposite. Based on my experience, I will never return and cannot recommend this practice to anyone looking for compassionate, patient-centered care!!!! DO NOT GO HERE

I have been a patient of Dr. Kainth for almost 3 years, and my experience has always been excellent. She is exceptional, fast, efficient, and very professional. I truly appreciate the care I receive and would not change my dentist. Highly recommended!!!

Been going there for years retired recently so was looking for a good insurance call office was no help got Cigna plus made appointment need to replace a filing that popped out had to make appointment for cleaning before they would replace filing asked price with Cigma they had me email my card said I was not listed even after giving them my card with id number. emailed them asked to have Dr call never called staff on phone was rude the most important issue was them getting paid not my filing that fell out just the money! So after being a customer since they opened that office over a decade I will not be returning stay away go anywhere else!

Booked me in a day they don't even take appointments. I came on rescheduled appointment with less than 24 notice and then they tried to hit me with a 33$ charge from 3 yrs back. All this could of been fine but the the receptionist did it with a smug, defensive attitude as the dentist watched.

There’s been a few times where the dentist cleaning my teeth was kinda condescending and rude in the comments they made. Other than that I Never really had any issues with the actual service or people working there, but, everytime I had come in they’d essentially “find” something wrong with my teeth and try to force a procedure down my throat. They never asked me if I wanted to do it either they would just prompt me at the end of my appointment about “when” I want to set it up, so of course me as a patient feels pressured especially when they’re using all these negative buzzwords to trap your mind into thinking you actually need it. Ended up leaving their practice because of this and went back to my old dentist and my current never ever mentions “needing” any of the procedures that artistry tried to force onto me. Pretty funny how that works.
