I got my wisdom teeth out a week ago and it was a great experience! A bit of pain during recovery but that’s normal since mine were impacted. 10/10 recommend!!

We had a great experience. Dr. Ashley’s staff is the sweetest and very thorough! Love the new office and the calming Christian music! My son had his wisdom teeth removed. Surgery took maybe 30 minutes? He had very little pain after anesthesia wore off. Day 2, hardly any pain, just soreness! Dr. Ashley did an amazing job! HIGHLY recommend this office!

If I could give zero stars I would! This was the worst experience I ever encountered with a dentist office. Brought my 6 year old son here to have 3 teeth extracted. When we first got here we heard every single child screaming and crying hysterically. It sounds like they are all traumatized from the so called “sedation”. I was told my child would be put to sleep. I don’t care what they say,they do NOT put these patients to sleep. This is conscious sedation. My little boy screamed and cried for me and I heard everything that went on in that room. I’m traumatized and my 6 year old son is traumatized too. All I can say is if you want to ensure your little one is taken care of please go somewhere that actually puts them to sleep. And the staff is nice I will say that but come on now. It’s extremely odd that every single patient was screaming.

Wooweee yall, #1 staff is absolutely amazing, and truly asks you the right questions. They even run it all down for you. Most places don’t do that. Front desk lady is the best pep talker!!!. For the surgery I had 4 wisdom plus some taken out. sleep was the absolute best ever had. I woke up and told them “ima give yall a 5 stars review” and here it is!!! I have had the worst experiences at other dental places…But this one was so good!!! thank you all for the best wisdom tooth removal!!!!! May yall have a wonderful year of pulling teeth!!!🫶🏻.

It was an amazing experience for my son who had never had surgery before. The doctor and entire staff were great! In and out within 20 minutes!!

Meet the Doctors
Dr. David Ashley, MD, DMD, FACS, leads Ashley Oral Surgery. He is both a licensed physician and a licensed dentist in Alabama, having earned his medical and dental degrees at the University of Alabama at Birmingham, where he also completed his residency in oral and maxillofacial surgery. He is board certified by the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. His training covers dental implants, bone grafting, facial trauma surgery, reconstructive surgery, temporomandibular joint disorders, oral pathology, cosmetic surgery, and general anesthesia. He has conducted medical research with the University of Alabama at Birmingham, the National Institutes of Health, and NASA, works in the emergency room to stay current in medicine, and has served on medical mission trips in Venezuela, Panama, Honduras, Guyana, and Mexico.
