I came to Aspen Dental in a lot of pain and was constantly chewing on ice just to get some relief. I was seen by Angel, who exceeded every expectation I had for my care. She was compassionate, attentive, and genuinely concerned about keeping me as comfortable as possible.
What really stood out was something small that made a huge difference. Aspen Dental doesn't provide ice, but Angel happened to have a cup of ice that she had brought for herself. Seeing how much pain I was in, she generously shared it with me. That simple act of kindness helped relieve my pain and got me through until my dental work could be performed.
I cannot express how grateful I am. Angel's compassion and willingness to help saved me from hours of excruciating discomfort. Thank you, Angel, and thank you to the entire team. You have an outstanding staff and a wonderful facility. Your kindness and professionalism did not go unnoticed, and I truly appreciate everything you did for me.

my visit to Aspen dental on the hill top was long Af appointment was at 9am didn't leave untill 12pm and that was just a overview for what my kid needed done on the next visit however our visit was made better by Eveline C she was kind helpful and gave great conversation and service. although the wait was long the service was good. they really should tell patients about the wait.

I would give this place 0 stars if I could cause it's not even worth the one. This is probably the worst dental office I've ever experienced. The majority of the staff is rude. The office manager is beyond rude and smug. He comes across very nice nasty. The dentist is also very unprofessional. I had planned to get a cleaning and I put on my allergies on the chart. I also stated that I can't take motrin to the dentist before she sent my script over. I went to pick it up and guess what it is...Motrin. I don't suggest anyone get serviced here. My mother had a terrible experience also where she paid for a permanent denture and did not receive it. They also sent me to another location for consult and they said it was no reason we should be there that quickly. I asked if we could meet in the middle for both parties since they took the money. They notified me that she waited to long. I've been into the office numerous times and every time there is someone complaining about them taking their money and not providing quality work or not what they ask for. Ultimately, it's a scam and I just want you to save yourself the heartache and go somewhere else.

If You’re looking for an emergency dentist or just regular dentist work, Aspen Dental Allen Park has angels! My daughter broke her tooth last night. From start to finish, it was amazing! I was able to get an appointment early this morning. They brought her back quickly, got X-rays, took a look at the broken tooth, got us a referral to have it removed and cleaned her teeth. The hygienist Elizabeth is soooo gentle. She walked my daughter through every step. She was patient. Gave her breaks in between. Reassured her every time she asked that she was “almost done “ lol. Miriam did my babies X-rays and explained everything. My daughter was even able to pick out prizes. Ihasan helped to make sure we were covered through insurance 100%. The entire team deserves their flowers! And we even jammed out to their play list lol As an Autism Mommy this place not only brought me comfort but peace of mind. I plan on returning!

They was very professional and nice. Had a cruise to take a couple day before my visit got me in and taken care of in time for the cruise. Also got me finance. I recommend them to anybody.
