What a pleasant surprise this place was. I often hesitate going to a new place without a recommendation from someone I know but I decided to try it because I really needed some dental work done. The receptionist was kind and welcoming. Then I met Makayla, we hit it off immediately. She was professional and very personable, I was completely relaxed with her. Dr. Fuertes was just as he should be as a dentist, we didn't spend a lot of time together but I did like him. The check out process with Alexis was great, she's good at her job and super friendly. I definitely will be going back and recommend people give them a try!

This is one of those, "I wish I knew then, what I know now," kind of times!!! Here we are again... I don't particularly like leaving reviews like these, but lsomeone REALLY needs to do something about the Amsterdam office! People are very disrespectful and unprofessional!! Out of that whole office, there have only been 2 people that were kind and considerate, Alyssa and Aaron! They truly cared about helping me, so they are excluded from this review! I went in for a fitting because these dentures are STILL 3 sizes too big and I was treated poorly, by the DR no less! On this day, he said to me, "Unfortunately, that's all we can do," as he rolled his eyes while saying it! What?? You made these so they won't stay up and you tell me that's all you can do!? Also, Do you realize we can see your eyes roll behind your mask? You don't go invisible when you put one on! These dentures cannot be worn because they are digging into my gums and scraping skin off! They are causing them to bleed and literally taking chunks out of them! They can't stay up without holding them with my tongue and you can't talk without moving your tongue!? And you tell me that's all you can do!?? I am paying over $6000 dollars for these dentures and that's all you can do!? Well maybe that's all I can pay!! It's bad enough you are overcharging me for these dentures, but you think it's acceptable to say that to me as well!? I don't think so!! Would you accept that answer, if yours wouldn't stay up and were causing you to bleed?? I don't think you would! Also, Implants were supposed to be figured into my costs and I found out that the woman who did the estimate, NEVER figured them in!? I was told I would have to come up with another $3000, up front mind you, before they did those! What?? $10,000 so that I can smile and eat again!? That's absurd!! That's with 3 insurance companies too! Something is not right with this picture!? I had 2 appts the following day and the nurses and Dr saw what my dentures were doing and they told me to speak up and out about this, so that something gets done! It was very embarrassing and painful, to go to those appts in that condition! I am going to have to seek counsel, to find out my rights and what can be done about this whole situation! I don't think I should have to remain in pain, just because you don't want to be bothered!! Maybe you should have made them fit better to start with! This Dr promised me he would make these look and feel better, but he gave me attitude when it took more of his time! A little secret, my time is just as precious as yours!! Do you think I have nothing better to do, then be at your office every week and not have them fit!You pushed me out the door, with them being in worse condition than they were when I got there! The Dr isn't following the steps he's supposed to do, when fitting them and that's not right! This is unacceptable behavior, esp from a Dr!! Like I said before, Aaron and Alyssa were the only ones that truly cared! I will be speaking to everyone I can, about the way patients are treated here! I don't know if it's just this office or Aspen all together, but people Will be notified! You should be ashamed of yourselves for treating patients like a bother or burden!! You shouldn't be in this field of practice, if you can't treat your patients with dignity and respect!! You treat them the way you would want to be treated! You don't have to go to school for years, to know how to do that!!

Had a very good first time experience here. Kayla and Alexis were both very nice, so helpful, (even with putting my jewelry back in after my X-rays, bless them 馃檹馃徎) They were very informative with treatment and payment plans. Answered every question I had and made sure to help me with choosing what the best course of action for today was for my health and for my expenses. ALL the staff was very friendly and made sure I knew what I had going on rather than just shoving me in a chair and treating me like I鈥檓 not there, as I鈥檝e experienced at other dentist offices. My first visit took much longer than anticipated but they made it all run so smoothly that I didn鈥檛 mind. Because I also felt like my concerns were heard and answered! Thank you all for making today an enjoyable experience for someone who is some what scared of the dentist 馃Ψ

The staff was so very helpful, they answered all my questions and were very thorough in their answers. They were very friendly and explained everything as they went, all the way to the end of my appointment, it was like I was their only patient for the day. I was very satisfied and they are now my new dental provider.

Disorganized. Inexperienced. Unprofessional. - Chewed something sticky & filling came out (literally spit out white composite chunk) - Aspen phone team says they can do a "full exam" for $29 same day & sends me here and appointment is booked for such a "full exam" - Drive an hour to get there. Team at office says phone team booked me during their LUNCH HOUR so nobody can fill anything - Come back days later. Admin team professional, but once I was into be chair had to endure inane unprofessional banter between DAs, like one asking the other to drag her through the snow with the car water-skii style & talks of what they were all going to do after work. Work was not the focus. - Only 1 x-ray taken instead of full set. - Young dentist says she can't see any missing filling. Doesn't do "full exam" either that phone team scheduled me for. In fact no work done no cleaning done. Didn't read patient notes from my former dentist so she could compare what fillings should be in place historically to what fillings exist now. - I'm charged $129 instead of promised $29. Says their dentist did a partial exam not a "full exam" so somehow that's even more expensive - Following week I go to real dentist for same day quick appointment. - Real dentist takes much better X-rays and actually reads patient history I provided to Aspen. Quickly finds that the #14 had buccal filling fall off. They fix it in 10 minutes. - Thanks for nothing Aspen.
