Great and super friendly accommodating service. I haven’t seen a dentist in years. Over the past three weeks the care I received was greatly appreciated. I’ve collected the names excluding the names of people that were great but I didn’t catch their names. The people in the front of the house Amanda, Tiffany, and Chasity, great crew. The outstanding back of the house, outstanding work Alia and Kenya, bedside performance impeccable, gold medal performance. Thank you!

Last week I had a new patient exam with Aspen dental. I was thrilled the whole experience but especially Chasity, the receptionist at the dental office, she was incredibly helpful. She greeted me with a warm, friendly smile and made the entire experience feel easy and welcoming from the moment I walked in. She was patient in answering questions, clear when explaining paperwork and scheduling, and genuinely cared about making sure everything went smoothly. Her professionalism and kindness truly made a difference and set a positive tone for the whole visit.

I went to Aspen Dental in Antioch due to severe wisdom tooth pain. As a new patient, I received an exam and was told all four wisdom teeth needed to be removed. The staff was friendly, and the procedure itself was completed quickly and without issues. Before the procedure, the office manager reviewed costs with us, took my insurance, and provided an estimated out-of-pocket cost of approximately $1,300, which we financed through their in-house credit option. I was five weeks postpartum at the time and would not have agreed to the procedure without that quoted amount. After the procedure, I began receiving additional bills via text. Each time I contacted the office, I was told they were still “working it out” with insurance. After weeks of this, I contacted my insurance directly and was told no official pre-treatment estimate or quote was ever submitted, and that they only cover a small portion of the procedure. When I followed up with Aspen Dental multiple times requesting a copy of the original quote I was given, I never received one, and the office manager eventually stopped responding altogether. I am now being billed over $4,000 in additional charges, on top of the $1,300 already paid. If the difference were a few hundred dollars, I would be more understanding. But this is a significant financial burden, and I would never have consented to the procedure had the true cost been disclosed upfront. Whether this was intentional or a major internal error remains unclear, but the lack of transparency and follow-up has been extremely disappointing. Patients deserve clear, accurate pricing before consenting to medical procedures—especially when insurance and financing are involved.

I’m a new patient at Aspen dental and I am very happy that I switched to this office. The facilities are very modern and clean and the staff has been nothing but helpful and friendly. My first two appointments have involve a deep cleaning. Mitch has been very informative as to the process he’s undertaking Preparing me for a root canal and two cavities to be filled. I highly recommend Aspen dental in Antioch!

Everyone was very kind, patient and professional. Kevin was friendly and made me feel at ease. Mitch did my check up and cleaning. He was relaxed, but very professional. He was also clear and informative while he worked on my teeth. Dr. T was friendly and answered all of my questions and patiently repeated information as I took in the whole situation. That morning my tooth unexpectedly cracked! I was able to be seen immediately and felt well taken care of by everyone! Thank you for making a difficult day go smoothly for me. I highly recommend the ANTIOCH office!
