I had an amazing experience at Aspen Dental鈥攎y first dental visit in over 6 years, and the entire team made it so much easier and more comfortable than I expected!
The staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and welcoming from the moment I walked in. Reyna at the front desk greeted me warmly and handled everything smoothly. Rocio, the hygienist, was thorough, gentle, and explained everything clearly during my cleaning. Yannelly, the office manager, was helpful and ensured everything ran efficiently. And huge shoutout to Jada and Inoj, the dental assistants鈥攖hey were attentive, kind, and made sure I felt at ease throughout the procedure.
The care was exceptional, and the whole team truly went above and beyond to make me feel valued and relaxed. If you鈥檙e nervous about going back to the dentist after a long break, this is the place to go. Highly recommend Aspen Dental!

I cannot say enough great things about this dental office! From the second you walk in, the front desk staff, Reina is SO sweet and welcoming鈥攕he instantly puts you at ease. The team in the back has the best personalities and truly does everything possible to make sure you鈥檙e comfortable the entire time. And the dentist is AMAZING鈥攕he genuinely listens, cares, and makes sure every want and need is taken care of. This office goes above and beyond, and it shows. Hands down the best dental experience I鈥檝e ever had. Highly recommend!

I have had the most pleasant experiences at this office! All of the staff are friendly and knowledgeable and very patient. I have a lot of dentist anxiety and therefore haven鈥檛 been in a few years. The dentist I met with was kind and understanding, nobody ever made me feel bad for what I need work on. They do their best to stay on time and I appreciate that! I would absolutely recommend this office for your next dental appointment.

The service at this place is relatively good. Although my first deep cleaning appointment was very bad, they left stains after the cleaning, something they should have removed during that same appointment.
I filed a complaint and had a second deep cleaning appointment. This time, Roc铆o attended to me, and she was very professional. She did her job perfectly, and I was very happy with the service and work at that time.
The following appointments were better. Gigi is super friendly and careful with your teeth.
In short, I recommend having your dental cleanings done by Roc铆o or Gigi.
Aspen itself is more expensive than standard. My insurance covers 50%, but I have to pay the other 50% out of pocket; it was something I had to do. After the first appointment, that bad taste in my mouth improved considerably.

The staff at Aspen Dental is amazing! They are thorough in carefully identify dental concerns while continuing to leave the patient in the driver's seat. My adult autistic son is very comfortable with Dr. Hernandez and her team. He considers them as family!
