Came in for a cleaning and it went so smoothly. Shaunna the hygenist is a true professional at what she does and super friendly as well. The whole process from start to finish was seamless. Also, from my three appointments, I was never in the waiting room for a long time at all which im not used to coming from other dentist offices. They always got me in fairly quickly in relation to my appointment time which was really nice. Solid, affordable financing options available for people without insurance.

To preface my review, I had not been to the dentist in over 15 years. I had crippling anxiety of judgement, problems I couldn’t erase anymore, and tooth pain that led me to believe I was too late to get treatment.
Aspen Dentals team blew me away with how kind, gentle, and honest they were. Shaunna, specifically, stood out for me! She’s not only so kind and nonjudgmental, but she’s friendly, funny, and allowed me to feel way more comfortable than I ever have at the dentist. She’s made me excited about the work she put in to fix my smile, and makes it easy to stay on top of my home hygiene. She was so encouraging. I look forward to getting my teeth cleaned in the future with her!! 11/10 would recommend!! Crazy how one person can change your whole perspective!! I used to hate and dread the dentist, but will happily be back! Thank you Aspen Dentals!!!

As someone who suffered dental trauma at a young age - I’ve routinely put off proactive care until it’s absolutely an emergency. Recently, I broke a tooth and had to find a Dentist as soon possible. From the x-rays, to the extractions, the partial “flipper” replacement tooth until a more permanent option is possible, financing and cost transparency the entire office team was so kind and supportive. My care required two deep cleanings with numbing to get back my oral hygiene and Shaunna was so wonderful to me. She was thorough, attentive to my body language and made adjustments when needed without me having to ask. She was also full of positive reinforcement, praising me along the way. For the first time in 30 years I booked a proactive future cleaning with her because I now can’t wait to go back and keep on top of the great work she was able to accomplish. My teeth have never been cleaner/healthier and my smile is back. Thank you to the whole team, but an extra thank you to Shaunna for her kindness and expert care!

I came in to the Apple Valley Mn location for my regular cleaning from Shaunna, as always she was bright and friendly, she is great at conversation and makes me feel right at home in the dentists chair. Give that woman a raise and keep her at your facility. She is a treasure. The rest of the staff i dealt with today were also awesome...on the down side the prices at Aspen are expensive...

Truth be told, I have to say that I have always, always dreaded going to the dentist. I have been told by so many people that I just needed to find the right place, hygentist, dentist, assistants, office employees, etc. I had insurance for years and never went. That is until I needed to absolutely go (tooth pain!). I made an appointment with Aspen Dental in Apple Valley. I got my teeth cleaned and all taken care of by this office. Shaunna (Hygentist) was so personable - i felt like we'd been friends for years and honestly the whole staff makes you feel welcome, comfortable and taken care of. If anyone needs a dentist its Aspen Dental Apple Valley - your home away from home ❤️ Thank you to everyone there who made me feel welcome and comfortable!!
