My adult son is downs syndrome, nonverbal and functions at a 5 year old level. Everyone from the registration to x-ray technician, hygienist, dentist and operations manager were extremely patient, informative and very kind to my son. They made him feel comfortable and included him in our conversation about treatment, even though he didn't understand. I appreciated their time and effort at putting him at ease, while maintaining professionalism. Highly recommend Aspen Dental to anyone in need of a dentist.

Everyone here was amazing. Dr. Leyes did an amazing job! They got me in and taken care of right away. The price was great, I have no complaints and will be back. Thank you everyone

Such kind, caring staff! From the gentle touch of the X-ray tech to the confidence of the Dentist about being able to take care of my tooth. To the wonderful conversation with the billing lady! I can't say enough good about Aspen Dental!

Today was my first visit, upon arrivial was greeted proptly. I filled out my forms and had purchased discount card day before which I am glad I did as I have no insurance. I was in to see about getting an upper and lower full denture. After x rays and exame they took impressions for them. Then came the cost. I decided to apply for credit care since my credit is good and got approved on the spot to cover the entire process including temporary and new duntures. I opted for signature dentures which cost more but had a nice 6 year warrreny. Then I saw the finial price which was half of what my prior dentist wanted. This office exceeded my expectations and made the process easy and comfortable all the way. I am scheduled in two weeks to remove all remaining teeth which i was told takes an hour. Then they will have my temporary dentures ready same day. I will update review after my work is done. Everyone here is very kind and friendy. They answer every question and treat you with respect. I highly reccommend Aspen Dental and if you dont have insurane or cash on jand dont delay they have options. I also think the discount card is well worth the 49.00 yearly fee if you dont have any insurance it really saves you money. I am so grateful to have taken the first step to go in and see. Very happy customer.

Aspen Dental in Appleton, Wisconsin is located at 3300 W College Ave (Highway 125), in the retail area next to Denny's and across from the Fox River Mall, about a five minute drive from Appleton International Airport. The office serves patients from Appleton, Grand Chute, Greenville, Neenah, Menasha, and surrounding Outagamie County communities. Its services include dental exams and cleanings, fillings, crowns, bridges, root canals, tooth extractions, wisdom tooth removal, oral surgery, teeth whitening and cosmetic dentistry, Motto clear aligners, and emergency dental care, with same-day emergency visits available when there is an opening.
For patients considering tooth replacement, the Appleton office offers dental implants, implant dentures, and full and partial dentures. A first visit includes a review of your dental and medical history, X-rays or imaging if needed, a full exam, and a conversation about treatment options with a written cost estimate before any work begins. The practice accepts most major dental insurance plans (Medicaid is not accepted) and works with third-party lenders to offer flexible financing and payment plans. Office hours are Tuesday through Thursday from 7:45am to 5:00pm and Friday from 7:00am to 12:00pm, with the office closed Monday and on weekends. Meet the Doctors
The Appleton office is led by practice owner Dr. Katherine A. Leyes, DDS, a graduate of Indiana University School of Dentistry who has been with Aspen Dental since May 2008. Her background is in restorative and prosthetic dentistry, with a focus on full smile transformations including removable dentures and full arch restorations supported by dental implants. She is joined by associate dentist Dr. Animesh Banerjea, DDS/DMD, who earned his dental degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago College of Dentistry and joined Aspen Dental in September 2025. Dr. Banerjea has a particular interest in crown and bridge dentistry and focuses on personalized, patient-centered care.
