Valerie was adorable. She was so sweet & patient... gently helped me to go through the x-ray process. This young lady was very respectful. As an 85 year old, old school woman, we look for that in younger people & she definitely proved to be an incredibly sweet & respectful young lady. Whoever raised her did an amazing job & should be proud of her!

Horrible. I had been going for a couple years, and they all of a sudden changed my hygienist. I was in there for longer than an hour where she would lecture me on irrelevant items. My old hygienist got me in and out in about 30-45 minutes. This woman claimed I had several issues that had NEVER been brought up by my old one or the dentist. She wouldn’t even give me my 6 month cleaning and sent me straight to the consultant who told me how much it would be for the work on my teeth which was more than 1200$. I questioned them both on why this had never been brought up prior to this day and they could not answer me. I asked if she could just give me the cleaning today and she said and I quote, “ it won’t do you any good.” With the consultant, I got the cost down to around 187 after she admitted the hygienist added extra items that I “probably” needed and I still declined and got walked out by the consultant. I got set up with a new dentist and guess what? Nothing was ever wrong with my teeth nor did I have what this hygienist told me I did! Do not waste your time or money here as my partner also had an experience here where they tried to get her to open up some credit card. Horrible company and horrible people (except for my old hygienist).

I was a patient of Aspen Dental when I lived in California and loved the staff there! I moved to Texas 2yrs ago and when I asked my neighbor about a dentist I was directed to another office! But, I was unsatisfied and I saw an Aspen dental commercial on tv over the weekend and called to make an appointment! And, from the time I walked in the door and Chadia the receptionist was very pleasant! The xray tech Tito very efficient and friendly! The hygienist Asma was very thorough and friendly! The doctor was on point! Even the accountant Michelle was very friendly and helpful! I’m very impressed and happy that I made the switch!

My dental appointment was a success. All staff are professional, friendly and caring. Michelle ensures everything runs smoothly and Asciel took care of my dental needs. ( I hope I spelled his name right😄) The front desk is handled by an "Angel". If you are looking for a place where the environment is pleasing, staff is attentive to your needs and where you would feel comfortable and well taking care of, Aspen Dental at 1690 W. I-20, Arlington, TX is the place to be. Book your appointment online or just call, You will thank me later. 🙏❤️❤️🌹

The office in Arlington Called 3 times in 1 weekend to confirm my appointment. I was 2 lights away when I received a text from Aspen saying they are sorry , but they need to reschedule my appointment. So I called , and the guy who answered yes cancel did , because I was almost an hour late. Mind you the guy who originally scheduled my appointment told me he only had a 3:30 appointment. And I made him aware that I couldn't come at that time because I dont get off until then. He said that was okay for me to just come and it was in my notes. He put it there. So almost $60 on a Lyft down the drain. On top of 1of the young who called me was rude. When i asked for the office Manager I was.hung up on. Yeah I think I'll be going elsewhere.
