I had the same experience as most people who rated 1 star. I had to switch my dental insurance and my dentist I was using prior was no longer covered. I gave aspen dental genuine try because I thought it couldnt be THAT BAD if there are tons of them. I was wrong. It was that bad. The receptionists are really nice, but the dental work was so sus. The dentist saw me in an appt complete weeks BEFORE the hygienist. And idk why she even was a hygienist because she just put 400$ Antibiotics in my gums and sent me on my way. I called my insurance company like 3 months later to see if they coded it as a cleaning because I still felt like my teeth werent clean, they indeed confirmed aspen dental didnt code it as a cleaning and that I could absolutely go get a routine cleaning still at a different coveted dentist. I did that, and HOLY HELL am i happy I did. I had cavities that aspen dental completely missed!!!!!! I basically just feel like aspen dental used me for the insurance payout of xrays (god was it uncomfortable and painful) & my out of pocket payout for that antibiotic I probably didn't even need.

Honestly I tried my best to give this location the benefit of the doubt but my experience was less than pleasant. The receptionists are very kind and willing to help but the actual dentistry leaves much to be desired. I made an emergency appointment for a painful chipped tooth and a month later it just fell off while I was talking. I went back and it fell out again the night they replaced it. I came back again for financial reasons and while getting in the chair the dentist kept saying what he would do "next time" even though he was already on his 3rd attempt. By this point I had been unable to eat properly off and on for around a month and a half so it was very frustrating. Then as he was finishing up it fell off again right there in the office. That's when he decided to file my tooth down to hopefully help it stick better the 4th time. Its been over a month since then and now the tooth on my bottom jaw area directly beneath the filling (top jaw) is sensitive and causing me pain. It feels like its grinding. After everything that happened in my previous visits I'm just going to fix it at a different dentist.

I had such a great experience getting my teeth cleaned by Cindy! She was incredibly kind, gentle, and supportive throughout the entire appointment. She made sure I was comfortable, offered breaks if I needed them, and regularly checked in to see how I was doing. That level of care really made a difference and helped ease any anxiety I had. I truly appreciate her patience and professionalism. Highly recommend!

I had such a great first experience at Aspen Dental this week! I originally went in for a toothache, and the entire team made me feel comfortable and taken care of right away. They were thorough, kind, and really listened to my concerns. Honestly, I loved the whole staff. Everyone was welcoming and genuinely cared about my experience. I’m so glad I chose Aspen Dental and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a great dental team!
