To whom it may concern: I am writing to formally raise concerns regarding my recent experience with your office and to request a prompt resolution. As previously discussed, Dr. Alexander Cobb scheduled an appointment for me on Monday following my visits from Wednesday through Friday (March 18–23). I was explicitly instructed, including through recorded communication, to return on Monday to continue and complete the procedure that had already been initiated. However, I was subsequently informed by your regional manager that Aspen Dental would be unable to complete the procedure, despite it being partially performed. This situation has been ongoing for some time, and I made several attempts to escalate my concerns by requesting to speak with a higher-level manager before matters reached this point. In addition, when I left on Monday, I requested a refund of the cash payment I had made. As my original payment was made in cash, I expected the refund to be issued in the same form. At no time did I agree to accept a check. I would appreciate clarification as to why my request for a cash refund could not be accommodated. Furthermore, I am now facing nearly $14,000 in additional expenses to correct and complete the dental work that was initiated but left unfinished. Given the circumstances, I respectfully request a detailed explanation of: - Why the procedure could not be completed after it had already begun - Why my refund was not issued in the original form of payment - What actions will be taken to resolve this matter and address the financial and medical impact I would appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and look forward to your response.

As a retired healthcare leader, I was very impressed. Everyone in the office was amazing. They were very patient, thorough, informative, and most of all results driven and reassuring. I couldn’t have asked for a better patient experience. Thank you, Aspen Dental Cumberland team.

Overall I had a very pleasant experience. Greeting was immediate and professional. Surrounding clean and comfortable. Staff was prepared for my visit with short wait time. All services provided in timely manner. And all of my financial needs and concerns addressed in dignified manner. All the staff was friendly and cooperative to my needs. Give Aspen Dental in Cumberland an overall 10 out of 10. Thank you guys.

OMG…the staff at this facility were absolutely wonderful to me! From the moment I walked in, everyone I encountered displayed such professionalism, kindness, and compassion. They made me feel comfortable during a very stressful and emotional situation. Each staff member took their time to explain everything clearly and treated me with patience and respect. Their customer service was exceptional, and I truly felt cared for throughout my visit. Thank you all for making such a difficult experience a little easier. I highly recommend Aspen Dental to anyone looking for quality care and a welcoming environment.

I am pleased with the services I was provided here. The staff is professional, yet have good " bedside manners". Competent, but not cocky, professional but not pompous from the dentist to the receptionist. I will definitely be returning for more dental care in the future. I'd also recommend this office to family and friends with no hesitation. I wouldn't change a thing. Keep up the great work!!
