I was excited about actually getting my teeth cleaned at this location because it's really close to where I live and they "Seemed" professional. However, it didn't feel that way. Upon entering the back where they get ready to do the X-ray I was under the impression that I was going to have a comfortable experience and boy was I wrong. The first x-ray device you stand straight up and put your entire mouth onto a plastic curved thing I don't know what it is but I thought that was going to be here until I sat down and one of the assistance placed a metal device that I had to bite down and apply pressure on however I wasn't used to having this procedure done and it was giving me really bad vibes to where I was going to throw up every time the device was placed on the right side of my mouth/jaw. The assistant tried several attempts but was unsuccessful after the third attempt I asked her did they have any of the methods of getting the x-rays of both sides of my mouth and she said no this is the only device we have and wouldn't try to find something else to accommodate me because I really didn't want to leave but after she said that they had no other methods I just chose to leave. There has got to be some of the other method of getting a full x-ray of your teeth because I'm sure they deal with children and other people who have disabilities or needs so there has to be another method did she want to try and find it absolutely not so I will never ever ever ever go to a Aspen Dental location ever in my life as long as I'm living.

I had a great experience at Aspen Dental. I went in expressed my concerns and got some things “checked off” my list the same day! My assistant Briana was wonderful, she made the process easy and smooth, she comforted me the entire time. I can’t remember the Doctors name but she was great and fast as well. She made the process easy to relax through along with a great amount of support from my assistant as well! Ms. Lee is also a sweetheart, i love you all greatly! See you again soon!

I’ve seen so many negative comments on this establishment and was a little discouraged. Always remember to experience everything for yourself . I walked in and was greeted . The young lady at the front desk informed me that it was short staffed so I patiently waited (very pleasant young lady by the way) .
Once I got to the back, they gave me my X-Rays , were very informative about what was going on with my oral health and super friendly. I can’t remember all of their names but Ms. April just stood all the way out to me . She did my cleaning, held conversation and made me feel overall comfortable. I go back for pt 2 of my cleaning tomorrow and don’t have a nervous bone in my body . Thank you so much Aspen Dental for your help and I’m glad to have chosen you all for my oral health

I had a very disappointing experience with Aspen Dental. The office lost my teeth scans, and as a result, my aligners were never ordered. This caused unnecessary delays in my treatment and left me feeling frustrated and overlooked.
Communication and professionalism were lacking throughout the process. I had to follow up multiple times just to find out what was going on, and I never felt like anyone took accountability for the mistake.
When you’re trusting a dental office with your oral health and investing your time and money, you expect better organization and customer service. Unfortunately, my experience did not meet those expectations. I hope Aspen Dental improves its internal processes so other patients don’t have to go through the same experience.

As one who suffers from anxiety, I am extremely critical of dental offices. From the woman who called to confirm my appt/gather details for my visit, to the front desk staff who also greeted me with a smile/so welcoming, to the woman who conducted my X-rays (very intentional and kept ensuring I was comfortable), to the hygienist (came in with smiles, gentle, and explained everything she did with clarity), to the doctor (very personable, knowledgeable, and focused on me/my care). They have a new client in me for sure!
