What a great experience. They were very thorough and professional from intake to exit. Sarah in reception explained all my new patient forms. Alyssa took all my information and made me feel so comfortable. Brinklee took my X-rays and made sure she didn’t hurt me. Kyra examined and cleaned my teeth thoroughly and painlessly. Dr. Z was very knowledge telling me what I needed done and why. Alyssa and Brian were so helpful during consultation. They broke down my costs and financing options in such a simple way and then answered every single question I had. I’m so pleased and have nothing bad to say at all. I wish there were more stars I could give!

I went into Aspen Dental with an abscessed tooth that was broken and rotted into my gum line; not having much of any history with the dentist. I was absolutely terrified of what the procedure would feel like. From the front desk, the dentist assistants, to the financial advisors, to the doctor herself. I sadly cannot remember most of anyone’s name, I worked 10PM-7:30AM the morning of so I was exhausted by the time the extraction was over but you want to talk about 10 out of 10 service. These people sat down with me and explained to me more about my procedure, gum health, future expectations, etc. They made me very comfortable throughout the whole process. The doctor herself I wish I could remember her name because she was awesome. Although I had an infection and my gum was hard to fully numb, she worked relentlessly and patiently. She stopped when asked, numbed immediately if she realized any pain, talked me through what I should be and shouldn’t be feeling while doing the procedure. If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would. I believe my dental assistants name was Bobby (who was also amazing) she and everyone deserve the recognition. You guys are amazing! All of you deserved these 5 stars!

When I walked in for a consult to get work done I honestly didn’t expect to get much results, BUT, I was treated so nicely and quick at that! It didn’t take long at all before we were sitting down and discussing the work I needed. Came back in to finance to pay for my procedure and I was able to come in and get my extractions done in the same week! A week later I’m back for my partials and discuss the next steps. The staff were all very very welcoming and were constantly attentive to my comfort the whole time. They didn’t miss a beat and I couldn’t be happier that I chose this location to get my dental needs met. I could keep going but I think you get it! The earned 5 stars without a doubt!

Dr. Lee is amazing! Great bedside manner and great work!
The girl who does the billing and financing is also super friendly and helpful!
Sure, it's pricy and sure they tell you everything in your mouth that needs done to maximize your dental health, but there's no pressure and you're free to accept or decline any treatments you wish.
Glad I chose Aspen and love my new smile!

**BEWARE** If you are looking to just make a cleaning appointment like you would at a regular independent dentist and have no dental issues, this place is NOT for you. My insurance changed and Aspen Dental was one of the only places in this area that accepted my insurance. I was expecting a cleaning appointment at my first appointment. When I schedule this initial appointment, the representative told me nothing about an establishment of care appointment that would take an hour and a half between 20 different x rays (literally), root measurement, camera scans, waiting on the doctor. All of this was required before my teeth could be cleaned. At my initial appointment, I didn’t even get my teeth cleaned, that appointment came 2 weeks later, where I waited 40 minutes before the hygienist came in. Luckily, they had an opening within two weeks from my initial appointment. Otherwise the cleaning appointment would have been scheduled for March (according to the billing representative that was the soonest available). Which makes no sense to have a dental Exam appointment 3 months away from a cleaning. Your staff should be more forthcoming with this information. A lot of upsells from extra fluoride treatments that aren’t covered and other types of special toothpastes that aren’t covered. I mentioned I didn’t want the fluoride treatment to the billing specialist, (I only want what my insurance covers) the hygienist must not have read the note and almost gave me the treatment. I’m assuming i would have received a bill for this if she would have accidently performed this treatment. Not a fan of this sales tactic approach with everything. You have to be very careful with their “recommendations” as they aren’t often covered in insurance. Seems very metric based with performed services and products sold. I will just make an appointment now with a standard independent dentist in the area for my next 6 month appointment.
