Hands down the worst customer service. They convinced my wife to pay for everything up front before it went through insurance. Told my wife they owe us $700 but won鈥檛 give it back to us until we pay $300. Then when we call our insurance they tell us they cover items. But aspen says they don鈥檛. Then they told us prior her doctor was covered and waited until after it was all done that the doctor was not covered under our insurance. We have tried to get ahold of the regional manager but they will not call us back. They keep making the staff call us. I hope the owner sees this cause we would like to talk to them. We feel we have been taken advantage of and need a in person conversation.

We had a great experience today. My boyfriend has been in constant pain for the past few weeks. We were able to schedule an appointment yesterday and be seen this morning. The payment plans allowed us to be able to handle the cost of removing 2 teeth. They got him right in and he came out a new man 馃榿 they were professional and efficient. We will be back soon to continue his care.

I love my dentist and his team! - not a statement I ever thought I could say but I鈥檓 so thankful for them. I came in super nervous about the cost and amount of work needing to be done. I can honestly say they took care of me and kept things on the conservative side. A few times I was advised they were going to take a different approach to situations that I鈥檝e seen other offices jump at going harsh (to make the office more money). If you need someone you can trust, go see them! If you鈥檙e in pain, go see them! You need these guys in your life. Saw Aspen, they aren鈥檛 pulling teeth, I鈥檓 on a treatment plan :) - thanks Aspen Bartow!

I鈥檝e been coming to this Aspen location for over a year now for my Motto aligners and routine visits, and it鈥檚 been the best experience! From the minute you come in it鈥檚 a very calm and friendly environment. All of the staff here are very kind and personable. Dr Robert Sparks is amazing. He makes sure I know exactly what鈥檚 going on during my appointment, I鈥檓 comfortable, and truly leaving satisfied with my results. I will continue coming here for the amazing care and team!

If I could give this place zero stars, I would.
This office is an absolute joke and is run by a dentist whose bedside manner is non existent if you do not do or agree on what he wants. My husband was in the back for over three hours, and while I was waiting, I asked the receptionist if I could check on him because things seemed to be taking an unusually long time and he was nowhere near finished. The dentist spoke extremely fast, came across as passive-aggressive, and spent much of the appointment talking about how he designed this or created that. He recommended extracting all of my husband鈥檚 teeth and getting implants and dentures. What he didn鈥檛 know was that he was our third opinion. The previous dentists had recommended saving the teeth that could be saved and using a partial denture, which was also far more affordable. The moment my husband asked how much all this work would cost, the dentist visibly became irritated and said he didn鈥檛 know and would have someone else discuss pricing with us. From that point on, it felt like the appointment was over. He quickly finished up and left the room.Afterward, my husband and I sat in a room for another 45 minutes before someone finally came to check us out. The checkout coordinator was very polite, explained our options thoroughly, and tried to help make the financial aspect less overwhelming. However, I also shared with her that we were not happy with our experience with the dentist. He made us feel rushed, repeatedly commented about how busy he was, and gave the impression that he simply did not have time for his patients. I want a dentist who is thorough, attentive, and willing to take the time to answer questions. What concerned me even more was overhearing him making unkind comments to a staff member about another patient. That was unprofessional and left a very negative impression. We will not be returning. We were already warned by our bowling friends to avoid this location and instead visit the Aspen office on South Florida Avenue. After our experience, I can see why. I would not recommend this location.
