Very knowledgeable staff. I feel like they all went above and beyond to make my experience comfortable and to ease my anxiety. I will definitely recommend to others. Adam also looked for extra discounts to get the best pricing for my treatment. Just a really good experience overall.

I have never had a better dental experience than at aspen dental and bend oregon.The people there are so nice and comforting.I have such high anxiety.And they made me feel okay. Adam the operations manager is absolutely amazing, friendly and know how to make the process easy. He truly knows how's his stuff! So professional and welcoming.

In all sincerity, I’ve always felt like your establishment has been welcoming from the time you cheek in until the time you leave. I’ve dealt with Cassie in the front and Amber and Stacey in the treatment rooms. They’re all very well educated and good at their craft. Stacey is very energetic, Amber is very calming, and Cassie is always helpful greeting every individual with a smile on her face.

Everyone from the Guest service Coordinator to the dentist, dentist assistant and everyone in the office- absolutely beautiful team. They radiate a warm and welcoming atmosphere and made me feel at ease. I love how they work with you and the insurance to make sure you can get the treatment you need. My experience at Aspen Dental was wonderful from start to finish. Everyone I interacted with was kind, knowledgeable, and efficient, making sure I got exactly what I needed in a timely manner. The highlight of my visit, though, was Adam McFarlin, the operations manager. He went above and beyond to help me, and his personable, compassionate approach truly made a difference. I felt well cared for and appreciated, and I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a great dental experience.
