Everyone was nice. Was possibly going to 10-15 minutes late due to work. Called the office in advance to let them know. I was then told if I was late I would have to reschedule. “10 minute grace period” I ended up being on time and waited till about 5pm to get seen, when my appointment was at 4. Kinda sucked when I waited a month to get a Saturday appointment due to my work schedule and they called me that Friday and canceled on me so I had to miss part of my work day to come in. The dentist I got was very nice and did well.

Everyone here is so incredibly kind. They don’t make you feel judged at all, no matter what issue you’re bringing to them. I went in scared from prior experiences with other dentist offices, but they completely put me at ease. They were gentle and efficient. Angel is a complete sweetheart, as well as David and Kendra. Would 100% recommend to others!!

This was my first visit to Aspen. We needed a new dentist after our move to Michigan. Everyone was friendly and made for a great experience! From the moment we walked in until we left it was the same with everyone who worked with us. They were super helpful from the start with scheduling, so we could both be seen on the same day. The exam and X-ray process was very informative as it went. We also had our cleanings and Justin was great, very thorough without leaving us in pain. Best cleaning experience I have had! I recommend the office for sure.

The ladies were very nice. But we were there nearly 2 hours for absolutely nothing. My son sat in the room while I watched 5 other patients arrive and leave. And they did absolutely nothing but said he needed a cleaning. Imagine my surprise finding out that's not what they were doing.

Everyone was very kind and very professional! I was extremely pleased with the Dr whose name escapes me but he was warm, caring and actually told me with all my health problems and current AAA I needed to go to a oral surgeon who could better monitor my heart issues. He gave up money in the best interest of my health. I hugged him good bye and wished him well!
