Every moment was met with professional and kind people. When I called to establish my first appointment, they were patient and had early availability. They even called in advance to my appointment realizing my insurance had an issue, so they fixed it before I came in. They also made sure that they understood my concerns about my teeth and I feel very confident they will do their best to help me. I am happy I chose them as my primary dentist:)

Very happy with my first visit to Aspen. Staff was friendly, professional and made me feel at home. Answered all my questions and relieved any concerns I might have about the procedure. Ultimate sales point was no pressure. They provided information to assist me with my decision.

Overall good experience. Arrived on time and welcomed promptly. As a new patient i was presented with an i pad new patient portal to share vital information. A PA called on me and escorted me to the x-ray station and finally to the dental station for examination. Modern ,clean and well appointed facility . I can easily recommend Aspen dental, Berlin to my friends and family.

The waiting room was relaxing and the receptionist was very pleasant at check in. When called back for x-rays after that everything was like clockwork, witch was awesome. Every staff member from start to finish was very pleasant to deal with. Would definitely recommend.
