From signing in for to ending my visit the customer service were exceptional. I didn't have any dental work done, i only needed to have a tooth replace that had fallen out of my top denture. The dental assistants were very friendly and informative and the lab was able to the work in a timely manner. I am very pleased with my experience.

I had a bad experience at another dental clinic. I walked into Aspen dental the same day in tears. The ladies at the front desk were very comforting and to great care to make sure I would get seen and be treated with dignity and respect. My appointment was phenomenal! The xray technician was gentle and explained everything as she went. The hygienist was thorough and attentive to every request I made to make me feel comfortable without anxiety. The dentist was reassuring and gave me a dental plan that eased my mind about being about to keep my teeth and gums healthy. Even the representative that helps with payment made me feel like I was a person and not a transaction. I RECOMMEND EVERYONE TO COME SEE THE WONDERFUL STAFF HERE! I'm sorry I'm not good with everyone's names, but I want to Thank you all so much for everything!

staff is amazing, from the kindest front desk lady to the patient and hospitable X-Ray tech, even the insurance department lady who explained everything throughly, she was very sweet. I have to specifically shout out Jameca, she literally gave me my confidence back with my smile with my first cleaning. She was also incredibly friendly, funny and efficient— All while pregnant! I was her last patient on New Year’s Eve and I got to go hang out with my friends with the cleanest teeth I’ve probably had in a while!

Aspen dental has been so good to me. Very kind and explained every thing to me better than any other dentist I have been to. Jameca did my periodontal cleaning and she was so sweet, very gentle, and kept making sure I was alright during the process. My teeth feel so much different now cause she got all the build up off them. They are all exceptionally amazing here. Thank you all so much for being with me during this process!
