If I could get 10 stars, I would this is the best dentist office I have ever been to from the front desk. They are so sweet and nice and kind to the person they did the x-rays. She was gentle for the lady that did my gum and my bones. She was amazing. She’s explained everything down to the tea and the doctor was gentle and amazing. Also, I just had the best experience ever and Rebecca was my number one receptionist. She does an amazing job in a help over and beyond they give you all the information you need to make sure you leave with a perfect smile. 10. Stars to hold stuff.

I had the best experience I have ever had a dentist office. I was nervous to begin with, but all of the staff was very nice. The hygienist Cassandra, came in and did a check on my gums and was so sweet and funny. She is smart and knows how to explain all the issues so I will understand them. When she cleaned my teeth, she was very caring and sensitive to me. That was the most gentle cleaning I have ever had and I have had several deep cleanings before. She even showed me the xray where it was then where she took it off. I will always come to the Trussville office to have all of my dental care. Five big stars.

This office is truly heaven sent!!!! They made sure I was seen no matter what obstacles I faced. The patience Carol has at the front desk is that of a saint! The two ladies that check you in lifted my spirit at its lowest with encouraging words. Alex is so amazing and uplifting and made sure my smile was what I wanted and the Dr…..words can not express how truly grateful I am for being your patient.

The level of care and information provided was amazing! The office staff was very helpful and made sure I was comfortable and informed of every process and the pricing! Most importantly, Dr. Hirsowitz has a lifetime patient with me! He made sure I understood my many options that were available for correcting the problems I have and helping me starting to feel better about my smile. I even got a blanket while waiting amd I’ve never had that at a dentist office let along be asked if I needed one!

I had an absolutely amazing experience at Aspen Dental! The staff was kind, professional, and genuinely caring from the moment I walked in. They made me feel comfortable, explained everything clearly, and went above and beyond to provide excellent care. This is the best care for your teeth!
