We had such a wonderful experience with our dental hygienist, Ashley. She saw both of my boys and was absolutely amazing with them. From the moment we walked in, she was so kind and patient, instantly making them feel comfortable and at ease. She took the time to answer all of their questions (and there were a lot! 馃槉) and never made them feel rushed.
One of my favorite parts was how she showed them their X-rays and explained what they were looking at, talking through their teeth in a way they could actually understand. She made the whole visit fun, educational, and stress-free. We鈥檙e so grateful for such a positive experience and can鈥檛 recommend her enough!

I wanted to take a moment to share how absolutely wonderful my experience has been with Dr. Jeremy. I have truly never had a dentist like him. He is incredibly kind, compassionate, patient, and thorough. He takes the time to explain everything clearly and makes you feel completely comfortable and cared for. When he moved from the Tonawanda location, I followed him without hesitation because I genuinely cannot imagine going to another dentist.
I also want to recognize Tanner, the office manager. He is outstanding! After I scheduled my appointment when Dr. Jeremy moved locations, Tanner personally called me multiple times to help resolve billing and scheduling issues that actually originated at the Tonawanda office. I hadn鈥檛 even been to his location yet, and he still took full ownership and made sure everything was handled seamlessly. That level of proactive, 10-out-of-10 service is rare. He was organized, communicative, and genuinely helpful every step of the way.
You are truly fortunate to have both Dr. Jeremy and Tanner on your team.

Staff was great. Very friendly and knowledgeable and listened to my concerns. Loved the staff. However, even with the savings plan I can't afford the work needed. They are quite expensive. They do show you all costs upfront and provide you with payment plan options (high monthly payments with high interest rates) so that's nice. If I had enough money I would definitely get my work done by them, I just can't afford to do so.

The Blasdell Aspen Dental is the most amazing group of dentist and nurses and Adill is the most awesome caring person besides the Dentist in Blasdell that I have ever dealt with. They are caring and very straight forward and do everything they can to get your teeth fitted correctly and pain free. Now on the other hand the Aspen Dental in Lakewood NY has a very good staff but as for my implants they took 26 months and still did not get them right and I was in pain a lot And I am Fixing to have to file a lawsuit against Lakewood Aspen Dental for my time,pain and suffering and they have a money back guarantee if you are not satisfied and I paid them 14000.00 cash and they haven't even offered a partial refund or anything.All I'm doing now is waiting for a attorney to contact me so I can get the ball rolling. Dr.Jeremy is the very best dentist i have seen in my 61 yrs of life.he is very good and thorough. Thank you Dr.Jeremy.

I love this location of Aspen, The staff are absolutely amazing every time, staff are professional and courteous! Never had any issues with staff or the Aspen location, tanner is amazing and he鈥檒l work with you to accommodate needs and finances, he has very positive energy and is comfortable to talk to.He鈥檚 very understanding and has a good sense of humor always has a smile on his face and presents himself well. Thank you for all you do鈾ワ笍
