Went in for what I thought was an emergency, and was treated professionally, and quickly. I was assured that I was not in emergency status, after being examined & x-rayed. A plan of action, including follow up cleanings, was thoroughly discussed with me. Everyone from the front desk to the dental hygienist to the Dr. were very nice. Overall an extremely pleasant experience.

My experience was not the best. It was all fine and well until they asked me to wait to leave because they have a financial adviser to set up a payment plan. Which felt like it was some type of harassment especially since i told them i was in a hurry for another appointment somewhere else. It felt like i was being pitched for a time share. Convincing me to to have insurance for the plan on top of my own insurance. I understand them making a plan for me but trying to finance it in advance is wild even when i said i didnt even want everything in the plan.

My overall experience for my appointment today with Dr brown was overall great. She showed patience and provided a sense of comfort during my cleaning process. As well as my past appointment for two wisdom extractions done by Dr. Boca!! They both are overall great doctors and I look forward to continuing my process with them!!

I always have a great experience when I come in. The Savings Plan they offer is a really good deal especially if you have a lot of tooth work to get done over a period of time. Although this location takes sometimes 1-2 weeks to get an appointment, once it comes it is an overall great experience.
