Upon my arrival they told me I had to pay $10.00 for my appointment. I asked why and she really couldn't explain why per the office Manager so she waived it. The check in receptionist was constantly having nose drainage so she decided to plugged up her nose with tissue and continued to keep the tissue in her nose. So my appointment was 20 minutes late so I asked her does she know how much longer it would be. When she returned she then had on her mask. I will assume another staff member told her to remove the tissue and put on a mask. This location is not handicapped accessible nor did they assist with holding the doors open for me. The the procedures needed was $7,000. Out of pocket with insurance coverage. So I quietly asked for a paper copy and my scans and X-rays. Which the manager had no problem with. As I get ready to leave with my wheel wheelchair, NO ONE offered to say Do you need help or can I hold the door for you until I was half out the door. I replied "it's too late now". The front desk was loud including the manager with their personal life conversations, they were unprofessional and the running nose person was just uncleaned and nasty with the dripping nose. The technician didn't want to assist with my wheel wheelchair the rooms are too small. Horrible experience!!! The dentist was okay with explaining what was needed. The funny thing is is that I have a dental background both office manager and billing. It's sad that we have to hold our opinions to ourselves these days in order to get half tailed care and consideration.

Wow! I鈥檓 so grateful I found this office! It鈥檚 been a few years since my last dental visit, and I was super, SUPER nervous for my visit. I thought I chipped a tooth, and knew I needed a visit asap. I was able to schedule a first-time visit the next day, which was so convenient. From then moment I walked in, I felt at ease. I was impressed at the thoroughness of the X-rays, oral cancer screening, and pt care. No judgement at all, only kindness. Thank you to Deqvan, Shanda, and Dr. Silvia Bautista. There was also another tech/ hygienist that saw me that was very reassuring too! Office manager was friendly too! I feel confident with their care, and am excited to get my dental health back on track! Thanks all! 馃グ馃檶馃徏

Hello , I鈥檓 Mrs Crump. I love Aspen Dental. The equipment that I was used to seeing when I was younger is found in Aspen Dental an updated as well. I was about to walk out when this young lady sitting at the desk called Chyna Informed me that it was Not a good idea to leave in a roundabout way. The staff there is amazing and my favorite person. There is the one that recruited me, Chyna. She spoke to people when I came in and everything wasn鈥檛 so positive yet she remained positive. She simply amazing and they are blessed to have such a one working there. I decided to write a review just because of her and the positive attitude that she had, she brings such a glow to Aspen Dental with her assertive attitude even in negative situations.

Attitude truly makes a difference, and this office gets it right. Every time I walked in, I was greeted cheerfully鈥攐ften before I even reached the front desk鈥攚hich made me feel recognized and valued as a patient.
The staff is also incredibly thorough. From confirming appointments the day before to taking the time to listen to my concerns, they consistently made me feel heard. Even more importantly, they worked with me to address those concerns and develop a treatment plan that I felt completely comfortable with.

Everyone is so friendly. I really feel comfortable and they take time to explain and go over everything and finances. You choose what you can do. There is no pressure as far as extra cosmetic dentistry. I really like it here. Happy with all the work I've had done so far and I am not done.
