I’m writing this review on behalf of my mother. She had a wonderful experience at Aspen Dental. The entire team was friendly, caring, and professional from the moment she arrived. They made her feel comfortable, took the time to explain everything clearly, and treated her with kindness and respect throughout her visit. The office was clean and welcoming, and she truly appreciated the excellent care she received. Thank you to the entire staff for making her visit such a positive experience. We highly recommend Aspen Dental to anyone looking for compassionate, quality dental care!

Had a great visit at Aspen today. They have a very nice facility with helpful staff. They stepped me through what was about to occur, making sure i was comfortable with the game plan. I had extractions and an implant done. They were timely with there service. It started a little after 2, included sedation, and I was out of there before 4. I definitely feel comfortable returning to them for future service. My mouth doesn't hate them after what occurred; feeling better leaving than when i came in😀.

It started off good but after X-rays and explaining my reasons for being there and my past dentist experiences I was left in the room for over an hour without anyone attending or checking on me the hygienist walked in thankfully and figured out that the doctor was supposedly putting medicine into the computer and awaiting to do my consultation needless to say my apt was @2pm it was now 4:30 all I did was get an X-ray talked to a doc and sat in a room all the while no work was done I had to leave bcuz I had work so I couldn’t even do the consultation bcuz it seemed no one cared enough to say we’re not doing work or giving you a prescription for pain so why was I told the doc is enter medicine for me I scheduled the consultation for the next day but had an emergency come up I called to reschedule multiple times that day no answer or call back I do t know if I wanna try and continue thru with this office bcuz things just wasn’t right. Needless to say I have insurance and presented everything as far as that and my dental issues to help make it easy I just didn’t seem important to this group of ppl minus the hygienist

I was able to get in on short notice for a crown re-do. Michael Drivas was exceptional, laying out all options and helping with financial issues. Dr. Popa was efficient and kind. Hannah was also very nice. I would recommend this office to anyone!
