This was my first and last time visiting Aspen Dental. When I called to make an appointment the man spoke to me for 13 minutes about his personal life and continued to do so despite me not responding to anything he was saying... Once I arrived at my appointment the staff were kind however they did not do the filling which I made the appointment for (the man on the phone said that it would get filled the same day and I would not need to make an additional appointment). Instead they told me I had a whole plethora of problems that would require multiple additional appointments to fix, and they told me that the tooth that was causing me pain was actually fine... My biggest issue however was with the finance guy. He brought me out and sat me down and said "let's get you set up with a payment plan". When I asked what for he gave me a $1500 breakdown, which included prices for 4 fillings priced at $250 each despite the man on the phone telling me they were running a deal on fillings for $170 each. He also kept ignoring my questions when asking questions regarding the prices. When I expressed my disinterest in setting up a payment plan the finance guy just stared at me and his whole attitude immediately changed. He also failed to provide me with any documentation of the breakdown or what I had done that day. I had to ask for it after he said I was "done with him". Overall, this dental office was definitely not my cup of tea, from the phone call to make the appointment all the way to the finance talk at the end. I also would have liked to have known I was wasting my time before making the appointment, don't tell people their problem will be solved during their visit if it won't be. People have busy lives.

May 21, 2026 was my last day as an Aspen Dental patient. The way that I was treated that day, made me realize that Aspen Dental does not care about the patient. They do not care about doing what is fair and right. They just care about making an extra dollar.
On May 11, 2026 Aspen Brooksville clinic reattached a tooth that had broken off my upper denture. On May 21, I returned to have the denture adjusted, because since the repair, the roof of my mouth would get very sore at the repair spot.
I was told by the office manager, that I would have to pay for any adjustments because the repair could never cause the problem that I was experiencing. My denture has fitted just fine for years until this repair. X-rays were taken and an exam was performed prior to the repair. To be told that the mouth sores were not related, is wrong.
So, after being a patient there for 16 years, if I have to pay extra to have the job done correctly, then I will spend my money someplace else.
I do not recommend Aspen Dental!

The Aspen Dental in Brooksville is the best! I’ve been to a few dental offices locally but non of them made me feel comfortable. Everyone at the office is so friendly and welcoming, I literally feel like we’re all besties. Great office don’t change anything!!

My experience with Aspen Dental in Brooksville, FL today 1/23/26 was excellent. From the receptionist to the technicians, to the doctor, to the business staff I was treated respectfully and everything was explained very well. They devised a plan for future dental health, didn't push any unnecessary products or procedures on me and found all available options with my insurance. Also, got me out the door at the exact predetermined time. Thank you to the excellent and friendly staff at Aspen/Brooksville, FL.

It was truly a wonderful experience for my mother with this very attentive and kind staff. It's really worth it! Wow, the doctor is amazing and explains every step of the procedure. I highly recommend them; you won't regret it.
