Had the Absolute BEST experience today. Had to go in for a slight emergency and not only did Tonya get me in quickly but they were VERY kind and not judgmental. Every one from check in to check out just made you feel like they have known you for years. Dr. Wu was amazing as well as her staff. Alexis and Marly definitely calmed my nerves .. Melissa explained all my Dental coverage and my part so well that i didnt have any questions. I no longer have a fear of the dentist thanks to this AMAZING place. I wish i could give more stars

I came in as a first time patient and was treated like a long time VIP. It Started Alexis and the X-Rays. She was very considerate of my comfort and professional the entire time. Not to mention fast. Marly who is a hygienist there made me feel comfortable and helped get my dental health back on track with her very detailed work. She was considerate of my comfort the entire time as well. The only other thing I can say is Dr. Wu is an absolute pleasure to be around and is the woman with the plan to help take my pain away. Love these ladies, love this office. Would recommend to ANYONE.

Aspen Dental was awesome. Everyone usually hates going to the dentist. Fear no more. They were kind, courteous, Great to talk with, And my cleaning and xrays was a breeze! I would highly recommend Aspen dental to everybody.

Wow! This is a great office! Tanya the asst. Office Manager is AMAZING! She is truly a professional and people person! She breaks down everything for you and goes waaaaay beyond to help you out! My son broke his teeth skateboarding and had to get his teeth fixed before he leaves for boot camp and Tanya attempted to do everything she could to help! This office also was open on a SATURDAY!! Not every Saturday but theat really helps people!! Thanks a lot for helping my son to understand the whole process and what to expect!!! This mom appreciates it!

The appointment itself was a great experience. The dentist Dr. Williams was nice The technicians were all great. Great experience with staff. Until the very end when we discussed what it would cost. $3,000 after the 2,000 in insurance not sure why but it sure seemed awful high in price.

Dr. Rosa Wu, whose primary office is Cabot, graduated from the University of Florida College of Dentistry in 2017 with a Doctorate in Dental Medicine, is a member of the Arkansas State Dental Association, has been with Aspen Dental since October 2018, and speaks Chinese and English. Dr. Drew Roberts, an oral surgeon who earned his dental degree from the Herman Ostrow School of Dentistry at the University of Southern California and completed additional clinical training at Montefiore Medical Center, has a particular interest in implant dentistry and surgical care of the teeth and jaw; he is associated with several Arkansas Aspen Dental offices including Cabot and speaks English, Persian, and Spanish.
