I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Herring and her entire team. From the moment I walked into the office, I felt welcomed, heard, and genuinely cared for. The atmosphere is warm and professional, and every staff member goes out of their way to make patients feel comfortable and confident in their care.
Dr. Herring is truly exceptional, knowledgeable, compassionate, and incredibly thorough. She took the time to explain my treatment options in a way that was easy to understand and made sure I never felt rushed or pressured. Her attention to detail and commitment to patient comfort made a huge difference, especially during procedures that can normally feel overwhelming.
A special thank you to the office manager, Mallory, who went above and beyond to help me navigate all of my treatment options, including extractions, implants, and long-term restorative solutions. She patiently walked me through every step, answered all my questions, and made sure I understood both the clinical and financial aspects of my care. Mallory also helped explore financing options, which made the entire process much less stressful and truly manageable.
The staff is equally amazing — friendly, professional, and extremely attentive. From scheduling to follow-ups, everything was smooth, organized, and handled with care. You can tell this office genuinely values their patients and works as a team to provide the best possible experience.
If you’re looking for a dental office that combines top-tier clinical care with outstanding customer service, I highly recommend Dr. Herring and her team. This office sets the standard for what patient-centered dentistry should look like, and I am so grateful to have found them!

Dr. Herring and Cyndi were AMAZING today. I'm the biggest chicken ever when it comes to dental. I had a bad experience few yrs back. They made me feel comfortable and spoke with me as they were working on me.
I am so happy that I found me a new dentist I can go to now. I hope and pray I can get them 2 again. Dr.Herring has the hands of an Angel.

After receiving a call back and appointment from my initial consultation
the receptionist asked what was my reason for the appointment. I thought it was to start service. I was then informed that I would have to make another appointment for another consultation and to make that appointment, I would have to pay half of the amount for treatment prescribed. It seems every single person who walks in needs a deep clean and service and will not be rendered until you agree to this. Deep cleans are over $1000 each. I asked if a regular cleaning could be done. They said no. I will attempt to find a more amenable dentist. If not, I will have to pay half the amount for the cleaning and dentures before they will schedule an appointment. What happens if the hygienist is not in that day? I'll be in for about 1500 and have to reschedule. This is what we are facing in the dental industry.

First time at Aspen Dental. Amazing staff, very informative. They did a great job with getting my teeth cleaned. Dr. Herring was awesome! I hope all the other Aspen Dental offices are this good because I travel a lot and I'll definitely go back wherever I am.

I'm 71 yr old. I've seen several dentists in my lifetime. But none are like Dr. Herring and her Team! They are the Greatest Group of dental experts I've ever encountered. From the moment you enter their door, you experience the quality care. And for me, thats what its all about!
