The people at Aspen Dental here in Canandaigua, NY have been super helpful to me. Recently, I received a large bill which seemed like more than I thought I would have to pay. I brought it in and they immediately recognized that my dental insurance had incorrectly classified the procedure. The Aspen Dental people went to bat for me, resubmitted the bill, and argued that I should pay significantly less. When I came back a few weeks later, they confirmed that the insurance had paid the whole bill!! I am so thankful for having a dentist who looks out for me! Thank you, Aspen Dental!!

I am so comfortable with Aspen Dental. All the employees are friendly and informative. I’ve recommended people to Aspen since I started coming here 5-6 years ago. Hannah at the front desk is very personable and helpful. I would nominate her for employee of the month

Went to an appointment to find out they don’t accept my insurance I called over the phone they refused to tell me. They told me “we accept a lot of insurances. Someone will call you before your appointment to make sure” no one called. I drove to my appointment to have them tell me “we don’t not accept your insurance but you can pay in cash” I told them I had no money for that the sighed and said “we can send some one a link for they can pay for you” I told them that i do not. Then they talked down to me because I could not afford care. Remind you I am holding my face because I had a tooth break. Also even googling my dental insurance it says they accept it. So anyone looking for a dentist please do not let them refuse to tell you what insurance they take. Also to add after all of that. They sent me a text saying I missed my appointment. I showed up I just got denied.

Dr. Brain was the most honest and assuring dentist I have seen in years. I have always had a hard time trusting dentist due to most of my experiences being where I’m told I need all these extra things done just so they can bleed money from people and this was the first time I was told I didn’t need 14,000 of work done to save my smile. I really appreciated him and I really appreciated him being g able to fit me in at the end of the day so quick. People say a lot about aspen dental being terrible but the one jn Canandaigua has been great so far and I hope I continue to see the same quality in care throughout my next visits!

Very happy with my time at Aspen. I went in hoping to have my tooth extracted. Recieved my X-rays and consultation and was sent home but I asked if it was at all possible to have my tooth extracted then and there since I traveled an hour to be there and they were able to.
Also the nicest staff! Very friendly and welcoming.
