I had a wonderful experience at Aspen Dental. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and cared for. The front desk staff was kind and helpful, and the entire team made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. They took the time to explain everything clearly and answered all my questions without rushing me. The office is very clean, organized, and has a calm atmosphere, which really helped me feel at ease. I truly appreciate the professionalism and the genuine care I received. I’m very happy I chose Aspen Dental and would definitely recommend them to family and friends.

I went to this office to discuss getting dentures. From the time I entered the door the receptionist was very friendly and welcoming. My consultation went extremely well, with all of my questions answered. My treatment plan was explained to me and I decided on a denture package in my budget. I didn't experience any upsell pressure at all. I needed a significant number of teeth removed and on the day of the surgery, everyone was extremely nice and sincerely focused on my comfort. Dr. Niera, Suray, Ihosley and Arelys were wonderful! Jason, the lab tech, crafted the perfect set of dentures for me! It was an excellent experience and truly has changed my life!

All together a good visit. A little bit of a cluster getting checked in with several folks having 8am (1st appointments as they open at 8am). I waited patiently in my car till 7.55am then watched 1 person walk in so I followed & there was already 2 people signed in but not checked in. Insurance issue with #1. #2 & I waited patiently… #4 was called in before both of us… #2 and I finally get called in. I waited 25 minutes & was not checked in at that point. I handed my insurance info at the front desk & stated I would settle up afterwards. I think a solution would be to open earlier or stagger appointments by 5 minutes increments or explain the situation at hand as #2 was aggravated. This would avoid confusion as we all are aware how much aggravation insurance can be. I want to be clear that this business has very nice, polite & friendly employees and I will return for those reasons. This is just my opinion looking from the outside when I thought I had the 1st appointment of the day.

I walked in because a tooth came out. They were all very kind and helpful. Unfortunately after the receptionist ran my insurance it was out of network. But Maria took x rays and Dr Nelson cemented my crown back in. I am very grateful for them helping me today and I will definitely refer and recommend family and friends ! MANY THANKS(:
