I wanted to take a moment to share that my overall experience at Aspen Dental was truly GREAT.
From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and cared for. The front desk staff (Tiffany & Brittany) was friendly and professional, making the check-in process smooth and stress-free. The dental team ( Dr. Stuart Terrell, D.M.D) took the time to explain everything clearly, answered my questions with patience, and made sure I was comfortable throughout my visit.
What stood out most was the level of kindness and professionalism shown by everyone I encountered. It’s not always easy going to the dentist, but your team made the experience pleasant and reassuring.
Thank you for providing such excellent service and care. I truly appreciate the positive experience and will gladly recommend your office to others.

Thank you so much for helping me when I was in so much pain. I had to drive here because I couldnt wait till the oral surgeon was in Crossville so I drove to where he was. Dr was nice and very efficient. Its only been a few hours but I already feel the relief. Will definitely use again.

I absolutely love the staff, everyone is so friendly. More importantly they work quickly to form a plan to get you were you need to be. I'll be honest I've out off going to the dentist for quite sometime, but they've made me feel so comfortable that it doesn't terrify me anymore. And the yeah getting any kind of dental work done, is costly but they are there to help you and work with you.

Aspen was so good to work me into their schedule. Had a front tooth come out needless to say it was not pretty! The Receptionist, Nurse Alexis and Dr. Terrell were so kind.and cared for me in a special and gentle way. I felt like I was important. Thank you for this wonderful experience. I’ve not been to the dentist in 20 years. I worked directly with Tiffany, Abby, & Dr. Terrel. They were amazing. I required extractions and some other things. Abby literally held my hand through my extractions bc I was anxious. Tiffany made the process affordable to me & Dr. Terrel was quick & kind. Great experience. I couldn’t be more appreciative of the team & the work they do. Two thumbs up. Would highly recommend.
