I used Aspen in Cherry Hill NJ for my upper denture. They were fantastic. I went recently for my lower. They are now under new management and the service was horrible. I sat in office for 1 hour for xrays and after I was told no one had time to speak with my about my treatment plan that they would call me. 2 weeks still waiting on that call.
They also sent me a bill after 2 years stating I owed $545.00 for services I have paid for already. I asked for someone to call me about those charges. And no response once again. The dentist was not very personable and seemed to not want to talk about different option. Highly disappointed. I will not be returning.

Excellent experience! Kinjal was professional, friendly, and very thorough. She made my cleaning comfortable and answered all my questions. Highly recommend!

I wanted a more detailed explanation of my treatment (clear step by step) from a trained professional. No surprises and highly qualified. I had oral surgery painless fast but don't sacrifice effective and safe for efficient and fast. Still a work in progress...

The Staff is SUPER friendly. The ladies up front May front, but we're cool, and the Assistant was Efficient as was the Doc. It's Clean with plenty of parking and it feels like they all have rehearsed their parts to perfection. 5 straws.

Aspen Dental can do routine work, but the second something goes beyond the standard they don’t deliver. I had a crown that took over two months to get placed. The process was brutal. They gave me a filling that started to hurt after and just gets more painful over time. They have trouble processing my insurance and will not call them to resolve the issue while simultaneously not listening to me when I spoke to my insurance. The dental hygienists are nice and Tori in the front is helpful, but, ultimately, if I’m coming back to the office every couple weeks for months on end, then there is an issue that can’t be resolved by nice smiles. I gave them many chances, but, at this point, I’m fed up. If your teeth are in good condition go there. But if you need some work, might be better somewhere else.
