This place was horrible. I have been in pain for several days now from a chipped tooth, I tried to make an emergency appointment with this place. I get in there. I take time off from work hello I'm telling you I take time off from work to leave to go there and I don't want a DEEP CLEANING FOR 5K, Yes they said it would be 5K for a cleaning and I asked them why can’t I just use my free cleaning that my insurance provides that I pay for for dental insurance they said I could never get the free cleaning ever again only from here on out I will have to pay for the $5000 deep cleaning and then basically they said that I can’t get any type of dental care meaning they won’t fix my chipped tooth that also my insurance pays for until I got their $5000 cleaning and I told them of course I don’t have the $5000 to give you for a cleaning that should be free and then they proceeded to tell me that I should apply for a loan this place is a complete scam like a pyramid scheme. I think they do dental fraud just to try to charge people a lot of money they want to get you to take out thousands and thousand dollars of Loans and do all kinds of things that you didn’t even go there for do you see what I’m saying, they want to talk about a dental health plan on all of this stuff when people are in pain a chipped tooth or whatever they don’t want to hear that stuff they want you to help them write them in there what they’re gonna pay you to do that’s just like I mean if I need a new tire and the card no, you need a whole Nother car now help people doctors are supposed to help people and Dr. Cole did not help me. He actually refused to help me he refused to do anything unless I got the $5000 again it was a scam cleaning. Nobody needs a $5000 cleaning.for them to only tell me that they will not fix my simple chipped tooth, they only wanna do another 5K cleaning before ai can get a simple FILLING OR A CHIPPED TOOTH FIXED! and all of this other stuff to my You know my dental health plan that's like going to a restaurant and people order a plate of food a hamburger and then you give them a chicken sandwich. Tell him no you can't have that what you needed done where you have to have it this way and that's basically what they did to me, I left in tears and frustration. I
Don’t get that is because I have good corporate insurance and they just want the $$& NOT TO actually wanna help their patience because if They would not want to help me at all! I'm on a level 8/9 tooth pain and they only wanna talk about when you will come in for your next 5K deep cleaning. It was total BS. That dentist could have simply gave me my cleaning and fixed my tooth, but what sounds better $300 or $5K….SCAM!! Do not come here!

Coming to Aspen Dental in college station was so pleasant. Monica the hygienist was informative and welcoming. She made me feel comfortable. Loved Dr. Cole he was groovey. We came up with a treatment plan perfect for me. Sierra the assistant manger walked me through all my financial options. She has a beautiful smile and personality. Marissa front office staff was also amazing

Awesome team! I’ve been to several dental offices before, and I never felt at home. When I came to Aspen Dental, I immediately knew this was different—I knew this was home.
Monica explained everything I needed to know about hygiene so clearly. Violet was incredibly patient with me while taking my X-rays, which really helped calm my nerves. Dr. Cole went over my entire treatment plan and made sure I understood everything.
Tiffany, the office manager, explained what my insurance would cover, helped me with monthly payment options, and got me scheduled. I remember being scared, and Tiffany reassured me that I would be in good hands—and she was absolutely right.
Dr. Cole made sure I was relaxed during my extractions and checked in constantly to make sure I wasn’t feeling any pain. You can truly tell this team works amazingly well together—I noticed it the moment I walked into the office.

I have always been terrified of the dentist, but coming to Aspen Dental in College Station has completely changed that for me. From checking in with the sweet front desk staff-Marissa -to the dental assistant Madison, and of course the amazing office manager Tiffany, my experience was truly exceptional. There were other team members who also made my visit bittersweet in the best way, and I wish I could remember all of their names.
I was extremely scared and anxious about what the doctor might say about my teeth after not going to the dentist for five years. Madison made me feel calm, relaxed, and ready to finally get my treatment started. Tiffany took the time to discuss pricing with me and never once made me feel rushed or judged for the condition of my mouth. She spoke to me like a human being and made me feel confident that I was making the best decision and that I had chosen the right location for my dental care.
Because of the incredible experience I had, I’ve already booked appointments for my husband and my children, and I’m confident they’ll receive the same compassionate and respectful care I did.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! Went in today for some pain I was having on a lower right molar. My appointment time was at 11 am I didn’t leave until almost 2 pm. All the employees were great and polite but the actual dentist himself was horrible. I spoke to him for maybe 2 minutes and he had a horrible attitude and was not polite to me at all. He told me that what I was experiencing was from grinding and clenching my jaw, not the actual tooth itself which is complete BS because every dentist I’ve ever been to has complimented my teeth because I don’t grind them. DR. COLE IS VERY FULL OF HIMSELF and didn’t like that I had something to say that countered what he said. Horrible dentist will never be returning and just know to those who visit that he doesn’t actually care about you he’s there’s for YOUR MONEY!!!
