It had been a few years since my last dental office visit.(not Aspen) however, the first of many office visits,was great. The office is clean, neat and very orderly. And also, every single person I dealt with (every) visit .... went above and way beyond to make a patient comfortable, welcome and special. If you need fianceing, it's made easy and understandable. Bite your old dentist, say goodbye and go say hello to the dentist and all the staff there at Aspent Dental at New Center Point
They really will welcome you with open arms. And the dental assistant named Savanna is the best. Bent over backwards the get every thing done right, made comfortable and pain free.

This was my first visit to a dentist in awhile. I have had a fear of going but the staff and my dentist at Aspen Dental were very calm and reassuring as they guided me through a treatment plan. Setting up appointments was easy, the care they took to explain everything in my treatment plan was above and beyond my expectations! Looking forward to visiting the dentist again soon and would recommend this dentist to everyone!!! Thank you so much!!!

First time going to Aspen, needed an emergecy appointment. They were amazing, freindly, knowlegable and caring. Where able to get him in sameday as well as set up a treatment plan, payment plan and future appointments that worked for us. Even the prescriptions were sent quick to the pharmacy. Dr. Willard and her team were awesome! Looking forward to future visits. Thank you!

My wife and I have been using Aspen dental all over since we travel for work.Pueblo Aspen has been amazing and do great work. Savanah is awesome and always makes us very comfortable and feel like we are important and cares about our health and safety. Thank you Savanah and the Aspen team.

If I could give less than one star, I would. They essentially stole $2,600 from me after telling me I had gum disease which I’m not even close to having but it had been so long since I had been to the dentist that I didn’t question it. The cleaning wasn’t a routine cleaning, so insurance didn’t cover it. I took out a line of credit through them (conveniently, they offer financing), but they didn’t tell me it would cost that much until after they had done half of my mouth.
Fast forward six months, and I’m trying to find more affordable care. They informed my new clinic that they never had a client by my name and that nothing was on file. Only dentist Ive ever been to in Colorado! Then I called, and they magically found my records. I requested my records and filled out their form more than once, but they continued to refuse to release my records because they “never received a records release.” My only option was to threaten legal action, and finally, they magically received my paperwork when I sent it the third time.
This is disgusting malpractice.
