I honestly can’t say enough good things about my experience at Aspen Dental. I contacted them with an emergency after a previous dentist made a mistake on one of my fillings. The filling hadn’t been shaped properly, causing my floss to get stuck every single time until the filling eventually came out. I was leaving town soon, in pain, and incredibly stressed. When I called, Cierra at the front desk was so kind and reassuring. Even though they were very busy, she stayed calm, explained exactly how the process would work, and kept me updated every step of the way. At one point, it looked like I might have to reschedule, but she genuinely did everything she could to get me in because she knew how uncomfortable I was. I was so grateful that they found a way to fit me into their schedule on such short notice. From the moment I walked in, every single person I interacted with was welcoming, patient, and compassionate. The woman who took my X-rays even joked around with me and helped calm my nerves—I absolutely hate getting X-rays, and she somehow made me laugh through it. Because I’ve had so many frustrating experiences with dental insurance in the past, I was also anxious about the cost. To my surprise, everything ended up being very affordable with my insurance. Jami took the time to explain my treatment plan thoroughly and even helped me understand why I’d run into insurance issues in the past. She made sure I knew exactly what to expect and answered every question without making me feel rushed. My dentist was equally wonderful. She explained what was happening, what needed to be done, and what she believed would be the best long-term solution based on her professional opinion. Instead of just fixing the immediate problem, she helped me come up with a plan to address everything. I’ll even be able to have all of my treatment—including my cleaning—completed within 72 hours. What I expected to be a quick emergency visit turned into finding what will most likely be my new permanent dental office. The entire office was spotless, organized, and professional, which unfortunately hasn’t always been my experience with dental offices in this area. Thank you to Cierra, Jami, the X-ray technician, my dentist, and the entire Aspen Dental team for turning a stressful situation into such a positive experience. Your kindness, professionalism, and genuine care made all the difference, and I’m truly grateful.

I was looking for a new dentist that was closer to home that would not have me paying an arm and a leg for basic dental care. Aspen Dental ion South High St was very close and they were able to get my daughter in sooner than expected. The staff was kind and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Aspen. They are excellent and affordable.

5 stars isn’t enough for Aspen Dental! Absolutely fabulous experience from start to finish. The entire team was professional, compassionate, and genuinely caring. The office was extremely clean, appointments were efficient, and they took time to thoroughly explain my treatment and answer every question. If you’re looking for a dentist with amazing customer service, affordable treatment options, emergency dental care, clean facilities, gentle dentists, and friendly staff, I highly recommend this office. By far one of the best dental experiences I’ve had. Thank you to the whole team for making me feel comfortable and cared for!

From the moment I walked in and was greeted by the ladies at the front desk, my experience was top-notch and amazing. The dental assistant, Alexa, was thorough in explaining everything that was taking place and ensured I was comfortable throughout my visit and with post-op instructions. Linda did an amazing job with my dental cleaning, removing plaque buildup without any discomfort. The dentist, Dr. Murthy, is by far the best dentist I have ever seen in my 51 yrs! She is not only extremely knowledgeable and thorough, but she has a bedside manner that calms you. She takes the time to actually listen to you and explain what is going on, and options. I drove here from out-of-state to have this dentist treat me, and I will do it again and again!

Amazing staff and very impressed with Dr Murthy. My wife needed some work done that she was very nervous about but the whole team was great and very understanding. My wife was having a lot of discomfort and sensitivity especially with a broken tooth, but it was taken care of quickly with absolutely no judgement but instead with positive attitudes and a plan that worked for us. Dr Murthy was so kind and made my wife very happy with her new smile! Will definitely be returning for future care as well as recommending this office to others as this is one of the best dental offices we have been to.
