I had such a great experience with Dr. Patel and the hygienist Muaaz. They were both incredibly kind, professional, and welcoming throughout my visit. Muaaz did an amazing job with my cleaning he was very patient with me, gentle, and made sure I felt comfortable the entire time. You can really tell he cares about his patients and takes pride in his work. Ashley the assistant was great as well. Dr. Patel was also very attentive and helpful. The whole office made the experience feel stress-free and positive. Highly recommend!

Amazing experience from start to finish. The entire staff was incredibly kind and welcoming, and Stephanie was phenomenal while taking my X-rays so patient, gentle, and reassuring. It’s truly a diverse office that makes you feel comfortable and included, and I also heard there are Spanish-speaking dental assistants which I know will help a lot.

Very good experience, with a professional and kind staff. The individual who helped me at the front desk, Shawna, was especially nice to deal with. Best dental office I've been too 👍🏻

Avoid Aspen Dental.
This office has no idea how to verify insurance and wasted hours of my time while I was in severe pain. They insisted they do NOT take my Anthem Dental insurance, which is completely false and flies in the face of instructions given to them by my insurance.
Aspen called my insurance company THREE separate times. Each time, the insurance company explained exactly how to bill my plan and even faxed over my benefits with proof. I have timestamps and call logs. Despite that, the staff still argued with me and refused to acknowledge it.
I left untreated and still in severe pain. Then TWO HOURS later, a regional manager calls me and suddenly admits they DO take my insurance. By that point, I had already left and was trying to find a different office. Their solution was to tell me to just “Come back tomorrow.” Completely useless when you’re in active dental pain and cannot afford the time away from work.
Because of their mistake, I had to drive to Brooklyn and pay $250 out of pocket for an emergency visit, just to be told nothing could be done after already being seen by Aspen earlier that day.
Now I’m still in pain and have to start over, AGAIN, to find a competent dentist.
Roxanne did refund my appointment fee, which is the only positive here, but that doesn’t excuse the complete failure from start to finish.
If you value your time, your money, or your health, go somewhere else.

My visit to Aspen Dental was phenomenal! Although I was in pain the warm, professional atmosphere made it pleasant.
I look forward to Aspen Dental handling my dental needs and will gladly refer them to someone else!
