When you first make the appointment it is smooth and easy. Check in is very quick and easy. The appointments go very good. They pay very good attention to detail, and spend a lot of time going over everything with you. They help you through out your whole visit to make sure you understand everything their doing and every step of the way they just care and are so helpful and to make sure the patient is doing good and and that you understand everything. And they make your next appointment before leaving the chair if you need another appointment.

Excellent service!!! The team is great... always so helpful! And my teeth and gums are healthier than they've been in years because of them! And did I mention, I can go through treatments without pain?!!! So grateful for everything... from them walking me through the entire process from my appointments to my treatment to billing! Love being a patient with this team. Thank you!

I had such a great experience with Madisen at Aspen Dental. She was extremely helpful with explaining all of the insurance information and pricing details, and she made sure I understood exactly how everything would work and what to expect throughout the process. She is very kind, knowledgeable, and patient, and she made the entire experience so much less stressful. It’s clear she truly cares about helping patients and making them feel comfortable. I really appreciate all of her help and would highly recommend this office because of her!

Do not schedule with this company unless you want your time wasted! They use a call service that does not work directly in the office and therefore they do not know simple policies such as age restrictions and processes for scheduling routine cleanings. Due to my previous dental provider no longer being in network with Cigna, I scheduled new patient cleanings for my children. They were extremely busy so I had to schedule their appointments further than a month out. They decided to wait till the week of their appointments to call me and say they would not be able to do the cleanings on the first visit because they want to maximize billing and do evaluations first and then bring them back for cleanings. This is totally unacceptable because I was clear when scheduling that they needed cleanings and wanted to make sure that would be done. Since it was scheduled by the call center they could only offer apologies for wasting over a month of my time.

I had a great experience at this dental office from start to finish. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and made me feel comfortable right away. The dental team took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt at ease throughout my visit. The office was clean, well-organized, and ran on time, which I really appreciated. I would 100% return to this specific location.
