I received excellent timely service Aspen Dental's knowledgable and friendly team. I was able to make an appointment for the very next day. They also have a very good specialist on staff who worked through all the insurace to ensure they got me the best price possible. Their staff is both knowlegable and efficient; their forms are quick and sensible. There was no wait to get in. They have an endontist as well. The rooms are clean and well organized.

I had a great experience at Aspen Dental in Conroe! From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, welcoming, and professional. The office was clean and well-organized, which immediately put me at ease. A special shoutout to the dental hygienist, Jennifer, she was absolutely awesome! She was gentle, thorough, and took the time to explain everything she was doing, which made the entire visit comfortable and stress-free. It’s clear she truly cares about her patients and takes pride in her work. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with my visit. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for quality dental care and a positive experience!

My over all experience was terrible. I needed to have 2 teeth pulled and then a bottom denture remade after the teeth were pulled. The first round I wasn’t explained the pros and cons of each tier they offered for their dentures. I knew I couldn’t afford a lot so I went in thinking the bottom tier would be okay. They qualified me for financing with care credit and I still wasn’t explained the benefits of each tier. I figure I was paying $1137, that they should at least fit good and look like somewhat natural teeth. Wow was I wrong, the set they made didn’t fit at all, they made the gum part big because they figured there would be swelling from my teeth being pulled. The teeth looked like they were molded out of white acrylic and then filed the lines in. I walked out thinking that this isnt gonna be the final set that it should be okay. They never once told me that what they put in my mouth would be the final set minus a realignment . The teeth looked nothing like natural teeth and the middle alinement was completely off center.. I was devastated when I found out that what was in my mouth was the final set. I regretted going to get my teeth pulled at all. I had spent over $1000 on teeth that didn’t even look semi real and didn’t line up. I went in my last appointment asking them to remake them. They finally agreed to remake them but they still wouldn’t have looked like real teeth cuz the color would have been off and they make the teeth shape themselves with the lowest tier so I asked to upgrade. Instead of charging me the remaining of what it would have costed after I had already paid over $1000, they were charging me full price as if we were starting from the beginning. The new set look better but they are still big and bulky. So now I have to pay over $2800 for a set that was a complete waste of time that I can’t even wear and a set that the first ones should have looked like to begin with. I don’t mind paying for the good set but I should have been refunded for the set they totally massacred. Not to mention a lot of the dental assistants act like you are wasting their time, like asking them to fix something is an inconvenience, & try and push you out as quickly as possible. Only one dental assistant i had during this experience didn’t act like that but all the other I dealt with did. Honestly i don’t even care how the dental assistants acted, I probably wouldn’t be leaving this bad review if they had explained the benefits of each tier and didn’t get double charged and left feeling ripped off. Unfortunately due to my experience I do feel there are better and more caring places to go to. If your looking for a good set find somewhere, where they value and take their time with each patient. Somewhere they take the time to explain all your options and what the steps are for each option. Taking off the first charge for the first set they messed up would solve this issue for me but unfortunately I don’t see them doing that.

This dental office is amazing! Every single person whom I talked to were all very polite and friendly. The dentist was awesome! He made me feel comfortable and did a great job! I will definitely be using this dental office from now on.
