Hands down the best dental clinic I’ve ever been to. From the moment you walk in, the staff makes you feel welcomed, comfortable, and genuinely cared for. Everyone is friendly, professional, and clearly loves what they do.
Dr. Spates is an absolute expert. He took the time to listen to all my concerns, explained everything in a way that actually made sense, and walked me through multiple options instead of pushing one solution. Super professional, knowledgeable, and reassuring — you can tell you’re in great hands.
What really sets this place apart is the honesty and transparency. I’ve been to other clinics where it felt like they were just trying to run up the bill or hit you with surprise charges later. That was NOT the case here. Pricing was reasonable and clearly explained, whether you have insurance or not.
Amazing work, straightforward communication, and zero pressure. Aspen Dental truly cares about their patients, not just the business side of things. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a dental clinic they can actually trust.

I've been with Aspen Dental for almost 2 years now;
From dental cleanings, tooth fillings, and even teeth straightening!
My Motto Aligners took about a year to complete: I am loving my new smile ☺️ it's something I feel confident about; and more comfortable when speaking to people! Dr. Spates has been with me on this journey for a while now; he's a chill guy, easy to talk to, and informs you thoroughly 👌🏼
I am proud to say that Dr. Spates will be on that same journey with my Husband now 😌
Jc is our consultant, broke everything down to us, every treatment plan, and cost. Very informative, fun and relatable to talk to 😊

Mr.Gabe did an exceptional job supporting while in the clinic today. My mother is an elderly woman, however, he was patient and took his time, assuring that she understood everything being explained was able to provide copies as well as financial support and interests she was seeking. Mr. Gabe was pleasant, was not forceful and continued to provide options that best fit my mother’s comfort zone. As a support of my mother, Mr. Gabe was welcoming to myself, ensuring that I also understood things that were being asked of my mother and the plans that they offer to ensure that she has a perfect smile

If I could leave less than one star I would. The Dentist there is a joke and so is the customer service unless you like talking to a computer and not getting your messages answered or phone calls returned while experiencing a mouthful of pain. I went here seen the Dentist and pacifically told or asked him not to prescribe the normal amoxicillin that he 1st prescribes. Because I know that in my past it has never worked for me and I will have to take it wait 7 days taking it and it not work one bit. Do you think he would take my word for it and prescribe something stronger to fight off my infection in my jaw. No he let me experiencing extra weeks worth of pain because he thinks he knows my body better than I do. What a joke im 48 years old and know by now how my body reacts to the normal amoxicillin. What reall set me off is when I tried to call them to ask for something stronger to fight off my infection. Is that you cant call directly to there office then on top of that when you get directed to there office no one answers the phone. I tried calling like over 10 times and left messages on a recording that says they will get back with me in 1 to 2 business days. Meanwhile still in pain i have to wait 2 more days just for them to not return my phone calls. I had given up drove back down there because they obviously was not going to take the time to return my phone calls. I got there last minute they where closing. I asked the very nice lady to please contact him and ask him to prescribe something stronger to help fight off my infection. I also requested that someone call me to let me know when that prescription had been called in. Not only did the dentist prescribe me exactly what he did the time before that I told him didnt work but noone called as requested to let me know my prescription had been called in. Worst experience ever how incompetent of a dentist can you be? Not only do you not listen to your patient about their needs. You totally disregard what they are saying because your the dentist and I wont call you a doctor that you know whats best for my body. What a joke so I get to experience a full week's worth of pain more than needed and to top that off your to incompetent to not repeat the same process. So now im back to square one still in pain and all of that was for nothing and im sure I will be over charged for the horrible service you provided me with. Disgraceful just Disgraceful service all together.
