This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a dentist and I had braces for 7 years. First the hygienist didn’t know how to do her job. She literally couldn’t find the scanner and had to have the tech help her do her job. They she tried to give me an unnecessary shot in my tooth. Because and I quote it might get a cavity. Then she “diagnosed me with gingivitis” when I have nothing of the sort. Mind you I literally brush and floss my teeth twice a day. But I had been using a new tooth paste which was had my gums were irritated by all the peroxide. Yes I told them that. Then I needed a special gingivitis cleaning which they were going schedule to charge me $236 with my insurance. Mind you a regular cleaning is covered. Then I will have to come back for two more visits. Mind you all I wanted was a cleaning. Again no pain no cavities but o I have gingivitis. I have already spoken with my insurance and scheduled another appointment with another dentist for a second opinion. Also the dentist was lacking on personal hygiene her hair was super oily. The back receptionist was also snotty. In my 30s never had a cavity.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Rose and Carson at Aspen Dental in Conway! From the moment I walk in, they go above and beyond to make me feel genuinely welcomed, safe, and completely at ease. Rose is an amazing dentist—kind, patient, and incredibly thorough. She takes the time to explain everything and truly cares about her patients’ comfort and results.
Carson, the hygienist, is equally outstanding. Gentle, professional, and so personable—she makes cleanings feel easy and stress-free while doing an excellent, detailed job.
Together, they make an incredible team. Their compassion, skill, and dedication truly set them apart, and I always leave feeling satisfied and well cared for. If you’re looking for top-notch dental care with people who genuinely care, I highly recommend Rose and Carson at Aspen Dental in Conway!

I had an amazing experience with Dr. Rose and her entire team! Dr. Rose is incredibly knowledgeable, gentle, and takes the time to explain everything clearly, which made me feel so comfortable and at ease.
Gabby, the office manager, is absolutely awesome—so helpful, kind, and organized. Simone, the coordinator, is wonderful and made everything smooth and stress-free. The assistants are also fantastic—so attentive and professional.
The whole office is welcoming, clean, and well-run. I truly felt cared for from start to finish. Highly recommend Dr. Rose and her team!

My dentist, Dr Rose and her assistant Katie are the best. They just dont make you feel comfortable but they both have this niceness about them that make you feel like friends. They did an excellent job on my dental work, and I am so satisfied. Thank you Dr Rose and Katie
