Literally the absolute BEST place I have ever been to. I have severe dental PTSD from a previous dental office, and Aspen Dental has been nothing short of amazing. I always feel comforted and welcomed every time I walk in the door, and never feel judged for anything. They have truly been life-savers when it comes to my overall dental health and I couldn't ask for anything more!

Aspen Dental brings the vibe and the care. Everyone’s smiling, chatting, and it doesn’t feel forced. It feels like a place where people actually enjoy being there and doing the work they do. That energy matters. Steph, Lexus, Dr. Yu, and Samantha stood out—professional, personable, and locked in on making the process smooth. They treated me with respect and kept the whole experience grounded and comfortable. I’m glad I made the decision to get my dental work done here. Aspen Dental isn’t just about the service—it’s about the way they carry themselves. And that makes all the difference.

Although the staff were nice enough I do not recommend this clinic. It is very apparent they care more about upselling than they do about helping patients. I was in for a checkup and cleaning and left without a cleaning and a recommendation for braces for my straight teeth and a referral for a visit to the periodontist for what the dentist said was an option. The office staff refused my cleaning so I left without the services I needed because I wasn’t going to pay the additional $3000 for the optional services. The two stars are only for the politeness of the staff. It would have been zero for clinic process.

I had my very first visit to Aspen Dental and I can’t say enough about the incredible care I received. Walking in, I was full of anxiety and very self-conscious about the condition of my teeth. From the moment I arrived, Dr. Yu, Steph, Gracie, and Dr. Yu’s assistant made me feel comfortable, respected, and genuinely cared for. Dr. Yu was patient, thorough, and explained everything clearly, which helped ease my nerves. Steph brought such warmth and professionalism, making the process feel less intimidating. Truly a God send! So glad I will be continuing my journey with her. Gracie was kind and attentive, ensuring I felt supported throughout. Breaking down every little detail. And Dr. Yu’s assistant worked seamlessly with the team, showing skill and compassion that made a huge difference. Was very empathetic, patient and helped ease my nerves. Despite my high anxiety and the challenges with my teeth, the entire team provided excellent service that exceeded my expectations. I left feeling hopeful and grateful, which is something I never thought I’d say about a dental visit. Aspen Dental has earned my trust, and I truly appreciate the care and respect shown to me. Highly recommend this office and this team!

I love Aspen Dental. The staff is punctual, professional, caring from the front desk, Stefanie the hygenist and Samantha in the business office. I can always get quotes before committing to a procedure AND the membership gets me great discounted pricing. I'm happy I found them!
